I went to pick up a script for my grandson that was transferred from Walmart. From the moment I stepped into CVS everyone was very helpful, they even got additional discounts for his medication.

I use CVS at my home in Canyon Lake Texas and was on vacation and needed to get a prescription filled. This CVS pharmacy has horrible customer service. I had to argue with the Pharmacy Tech because she was too lazy to do her job and look up my account. Too much bad stuff to list here but I do not recommend them to anyone.

They need more help due to high demand. They are excellent under stress. They make you feel like you are the most important customer. I really appreciate all that they do.

I went to CVS in Texarkana Texas to purchase a glucose test meter. And much to my surprise it was on sale and I got it at a really good price. But it does not come with test strips. And I had recently read reviews on it and was prepared to buy strips. And I was pleasantly surprised to find that the strips are on sale too. I got the Contour Next test strips and meter and believe that is a little more accurate then other meters. I like this door because people were friendly and helpful and I was able to find it and get moving. Make sure to have a CVS card, you may get a discount rate like I did.

It says on the website that CVS develops negatives. But they do not do that. So what's the point of advertising that they. When in actuality they do not.

I spent more than two hours waiting to get meds for my granddaughter and left empty handed as well as supremely frustrated after being kicked to the back of the cyber line every time the tech asked a question or entered more data. I quickly tired of this game of gotcha! The last straw was broken when the tech finally put in my Good RX coupon while holding the filled prescription bottle and telling me "It's got to go back through the system and it won't be ready for another hour". She had forgotten that I told her I'd be using a coupon two hours prior. Whoever came up with this system is maniacal moron! Other pharmacies are much more efficient and accommodating. Geez.

This has been the most ride pharmacy staff I've experienced in a CVS. Once last night once today. Place is a complete joke. Go elsewhere if you want service

Worst pharmacy in the whole city. They treat their customers like crap and would rather talk to each other than work. Waited 45min in line for a prescription that was ready for pickup. I waited because they would rather take personal phone calls and have personal conversations while ignoring the customers. Not a single one of them should be employed because all they are doing is collecting a check and losing CVS business. Won't ever go back.

If they were selling amphetamines out front, it'd be Speed-VS. Or LSD-VS. Actually they probably are. It's right next to where I had to Whataburger (yes, to Whataburger is a verb and not a good one), and there were lots of these big box Pharmacies with big parking lots all over Texarkana cuz there's still plenty of space for building around here and everybody's on some pills or other in this country - aren't they, let's be honest. It's one big industry isn't it. A big lie. And it really sucks. Anyway if you need this kind of thing come and check it out it won't kill you. Oh wait it probably will.

Slow on service set at the window for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us. Then being told " I be Wit chu" -I will be with you - point is we were the only car in the drive thru and it still took 25 minutes.
