I was told this is the best place to take my car to have it worked on, but I’ve had an absolute horrible experience. The first time I had my ac fixed and was charged a lil over 100$ , the next day my car was running hot again. So I took it back an paid an addition almost 400 ( close to 300 just in labor) that didn’t even take an hour, to get a new line in my car for the ac , and it’s still leaking something on my feet when I drive. This time I called before taking my car up there and had to have it towed costing 135$ to have it towed. Mind you whomever I talked to assures me they could fix it to bring it on up there. As soon as I walked in the owner was in a bad mood one of his employees just had a heart attack,literally yelling at me and my son, I was now going to have to pay another 135$ to have it towed somewhere else! He was yelling being rude screaming it’s not his fault! But isn’t it! Regardless of what happens you are responsible for who answers your phone at your place of business. this isn’t the first time he’s acted funny like that. Last time I was there I witnessed him cussing and yelling at his employees then. So very unprofessional. I mean he literally was so angry in speaking to me that he was foaming at the mouth while yelling at me.

I was traveling and stopped for the night in Texarkana. Tuesday morning my vehicle wouldn't start. Goodyear Auto Service was next door to my hotel. The mechanics came over and had me on the road in twenty minutes. Very professional and friendly service from all employees there. They refused any payment. Thank you.

I had a bad flat while traveling from out of state. Cooper was amazing! They helped me track down the rim I needed. And got me back on the road.
The whole staff was very friendly and they went above and beyond to help me.

Cooper service has always done a pretty good job of taking care of me, but here recently they went above and beyond and faster than anybody could’ve truly expected someone to with how things are nowadays. I don’t live in the area anymore but I still choose to buy tires for my trucks When I come down to visit family. I recently bought a brand new set of tires, They have less than 1500 miles on them and had a pretty significant blowout due to tire defect six hours away in South Missouri where I run a farm not really close to much of anything especially a Goodyear store, after calling Cooper service and getting Mrs. Michele and Suzanne on the phone and explain to them the situation they worked with me to make sure that a replacement tire would make it to the local tire shop that I use for the farm and it would be taken care of. I dropped my truck off at about 4 o’clock yesterday and got the tire on order and had a phone call by 1030 this morning before we were finished checking cows that my truck was ready to be picked up from the shop, then received a call from Mrs. Michele following up to make sure everything was going smoothly and would be tended to. This means a lot to me because my trucks are used for my work and they work a lot! You won’t go too many places nowadays and find anyone willing to extend that kind of hand in helping you and willingness to work with you to back their product that don’t just push it off to the next guy. Those ladies and Cooper Service are top notch, I figure I’ll keep driving six hours to buy tires.

Very disappointed and will not be back. I had 2 new tires put on the front of my vehicle the 26 of December 2023. 1 which I had used the road hazard plan I had bought with the last set of tires I got from there. I stepped outside where the garage door was open only to see the tech looking through a bag and playing with a tool I had in the trunk where the spare tire goes. I ask him if there was a reason he was going through my things he put the things down . I when into speak to the manager the process to tell me that they don't do business like that but he continued to let the tech work on my vehicle and shut the door to the garage as I sat in the front wondering that else he was opening up in my vehicle. At the end of the service the manager gave me a card for a free oil change but I can't see going back when I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my vehicle to be done.

If you have 4-6 hours to get your tires put on or rotated....this is the place for you. I watched the 2 customers in front of me voice their disdain for the service....far better places to go in town.

When it was cooper service it was great, Goodyear bought it out so the employees don't get the same service as before

Excellent service and honest people. They really want to get you taken care of. I love that they let me know when certain service is due! It makes my vehicle in better shape and makes me feel like I’m taking care of it. Awesome jobs, guys!
