“Passing through town on a long road trip and get hit by the trusty check engine light and a wonderful engine stutter so I pop into O'Rileys for a free read and find out I have a bad catalytic converter. Now it is one o'clock on a Friday and I am about to be stranded in Texarkana looking for a shop and getting a rental... I call over to Ray's and they said not a problem, true to their word they had me back on the road in 30 minutes flat with a new converter and no pesky engine light, 200 miles down the road and no issues! These guys literally just saved my trip, I can't thank them enough... you all are fantastic and a true testament to your trade!”

“I was traveling and stopped for the night in Texarkana. Tuesday morning my vehicle wouldn't start. Goodyear Auto Service was next door to my hotel. The mechanics came over and had me on the road in twenty minutes. Very professional and friendly service from all employees there. They refused any payment. Thank you.”

“Be careful when getting your oil changed if you own a Subaru. They accidentally drained my transmission fluid rather than my oil. They did give me a gift card and some cash to help with transportation costs until they could correct their mistake.”

So I call neely's they answered right then and put a man out there to get me. It was very knowledgeable because I do know wreckers. He had us out of there and loaded in no time.
