I have been renting a unit here for less than a year. The owner is awesome and super nice. However, the "Facility Manager" is about as incompetent at her job as a person can get. She has no idea what the late fee policy is and she has no idea what letters that are signed by her say or mean. When I first rented my storage unit there was an incident with someone helping me move, the owner was very nice and very understanding and told me not to worry about it. The "Facility Manager" locked me out of my storage unit for 2 weeks because of this incident even though she was standing right there when the owner said not to worry about it. The sign on the door say 24 hour access but that is not true and the sign is still there. I rented this unit out of the convenience of the location and if I can get my belongings out I will end my lease with them and NEVER rent another unit from them again.

I have been renting from these folks since they bought out the previous owners. They have been nothing but helpful and have very fair rental rates. I will use them again in the future without hesitation. Thanks for your help!
