Okay, so I don't give reviews often. Not just today but every time I've dealt with NW Arkansas Online Auction I was blown away and had to come online and say something about this company. Out of all the auction houses I've dealt with. NW Arkansas Online Auction was professional and concise. Everyone was polite and looked me in the eye. I will use this auction house in the future for myself and my family. Also, the shipping company that they use Suzanne and Debbie at Wacky Pack & Ship has helped me several times in the past. Their rates were very reasonable and quick.

Have purchased lots of items from online auctions run by NW AR Online Auctions. Pictures and descriptions of lots are accurate. Staff are helpful & polite during pickup and always seem to know exactly where in the auction chaos my items are to be found. Recommend!

I'm not really sure what we would have done without David and his incredible staff. They helped us make a very difficult situation a breeze, and we were so relieved to have found him.We had a relative who had to be moved suddenly to a full time healthcare facility, and we needed to sell her entire estate quickly. We had heard of NWA Online Auctions via a friend who had used their services to downsize her house. She raved about David and his auction service. We quickly discovered why.David was able to come in and catalog and photograph everything beautifully, showing each item the respect it deserved. He posted everything online, thoughtfully grouping some items, and then had one day where all the winning bidders came to pick up their new belongings. The house was clean as a whistle in no time, and we never had to lift a finger. I cannot overemphasize what a gift this was to us. He took what would have been a very emotionally charged task and made it profitable, straight forward, and remarkably easy. We told him that everything must go, and he followed through beautifully.I cannot recommend him and NWA Online Auctions enough. I would not look anywhere else if you are downsizing or have an estate sale. I will definitely be using his services again in the future. NWA Online Auctions is really the only way to go.

I have been purchasing items from several of Northwest Arkansas OnLine Auctions and every single time, there has never been any surprises. All items are itemized and never missing. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. David gives excellent pictures and dimensions in his descriptions along with a written description if it is necessary. They have been, by far, the most consistent and reliable auction folks I have ever used. and I have been doing this for a long time,. Thank you David.
