I can't express enough what a GREAT team you're going to deal with when you visit Store #0373.I own a trucking company where I own four semi-trucks and we transport goods/equipment/etc. all over the entire country. And since one of my trucks has experienced bad DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) at the pump, two times in the same month, I advised him to buy his DEF inside the truck stop going forward.Well, since there's been a DEF shortage within the truck stops, we were having trouble today finding enough DEF at one location opposed to having to go to multiple truck stops.On my Auto Zone Pro corporate account, I ordered quite a few cases of DEF from Josh, the store manager there at Store #0373, and I had THEE hardest time getting an Uber or Lyft to pick up the DEF from the Auto Zone and take it to my driver at the truck stop. Apparently, Uber & Lyft do not operate in that area.I called back to cancel the order, but Josh saved the day and offered to have Glen deliver the DEF to my driver. I was NOT expecting that and I am overly-grateful. Forward-thinking and the ability to solve problems.....THAT'S the kind of place I like to do business with and I'll definitely be using them again when we're in the area!

I had been to the store 3 times for the same issue. The worker named Charlie had been working with me each time. He was really no help. He acted like he didn't care nor really wanted to help. The last time I went, the worker named Byron assisted me. We finally got the issue resolved. But, while Byron was helping me, Charlie had him stop and work with other customers instead. Charlie gave me so many things that were wring, even said I had a short in my car. All I needed was a new battery which Byron was very nice about helping me with. I have worked in retail,food industry, government jobs, etc. If there was a worker like Charlie, the customers would take their business elsewhere due to that. My opinion is He needs to be terminated. I had been in the store 3 other times in w days and Charlie was ALWAYS the one assisting and seemed to not care nor want to take the time to really fix the issue at hand.
