They say they do not have a bathroom. If you have a customer you should be courteous enough to let them use a bathroom if they need. That is plain disrespectful.

Employee in the store this morning is extremely rude!!! She could use some classes in how to treat customers!

Manager has an attitude no public restroom use some employees make up for the rudeness though.

I used to come here a lot during the late hours. I would stop by and use the restroom. While there, I would buy a bit of food and drink. Recently however, i was informed that this store doesn't have a public restroom anymore. I will never stop here again unless it's changed. I bet if I'm upset enough to make this comment, then there are also others who also refuse to go to a place without a public restroom.
