We stopped in To get our car washed and when we came out the other end, it has several scratches about the same high all Down the driver's side. We brought it to the manager's attention. They Did A incendent report And told us to file it with our insurance it wasn't their problem. I will never use them again. I'm attaching pictures of our car.

Dillon always has a smile on his face when i pull up to the wash, always greets me with the best customer service and attitude. i will never go anywhere else! if i could give this place more stars i would!! 10/10 highly recommend

I absolutely love Zips but I especially go out of my way to visit this one because I always have such a good experience. This location runs so smoothly no doubt because of it's leadership. Dillon, the store manager is one of the best managers I've ever met.

Stopped in for a wash and detail while on a work trip in Arkansas and was met with the absolute best customer service, quick in and out along with the manager Dillon making sure that everything was completely up to standard if I could give a 10 star review that wouldn’t be enough. My favorite part was the vacuum cleaners that actually worked and had some power. Good job to them on that front. 1 or two areas on the car seemed to be left untouched by the scrubbing tower things, but it did the job for a decent price. Perfectly acceptable car wash.

Zips car wash in general is great at most locations. This location however needs some major work and upgrades. The car wash is broken and not working 30% of the time… half the vacuums don’t suck enough to even pick up the pebbles or grass from my car. And the vacuums always yank off the hose and you have to try to reattach it all.

Great place to get a quick car wash and vacuum. I like the small towels that are available. Always clean and well maintained. If something is not working, they ask for you to report it so they can work on it. I’ve had a membership for years.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
