Got the basic wash for 12 bucks. Did a great job I'm probably going to come back and get the membership seems very reasonable.

Not bad at all for the cheapest wash. But no car wash is with their expensive wash. Wow.

I have the top tier wash. I consistently use both Springdale locations and the one on pleasant grove. There is always something in the wash bays not working, out of product, kiosk not working, vacuums with very low suction and employees not engaged. These Zips locations are struggling with the upkeep of their locations and it shows. I’m in the process of changing car wash’s all together because of the decline of service from the zips locations and the newer car washes in town have much more to offer.

The car wash in Siloam Springs Arkansas is the worst! And why is it that only certain workers will pre wash my car. Is this service supposed to be provided with my membership? I pay 30$ a month you’d think that would come with everything

I am a bit disappointed about the equipment in some locations. Uneven spray. Last 4 weeks struggled to find drying clothes. The car has terrible scratches on the clear coat, very noticeable when in the sun. Final blower does a poor job. ?
