Last night I went in the store, bought some stuff and realized I forgot my wallet in my vehicle. I told the girl I would be right back I was just going to grab my wallet. When I came back in my stuff was gone. I found it with another employee but still ....and forget about asking any young girl for help finding anything because you ain't getting help inless you are a young man. I used to.love this store but not so much anymore.

The thing about Walmart is. They come behind you and check to see if you are stealing something and if that’s how they feel take out the self checkout and put back in those people who think we are stealing something !

This neighborhood market has the worst self checkouts always saying missed scan like tonight. The machine said possible missed scan and the item was on the screen so I had to wait for the girl that gets paid to just walk around instead of checking. She said my item was not scanned so I scanned it again. Then she said oh sorry you rang it up twice let me take one off. I asked if now I was on the shoplifting list now with my face picture as a thief and she said yeah sorry about that. Walmart complains about people stealing all the time something like a Billion dollars this year and Walmart only did it to themselves. Bring back cashier's to ring customers up and the people that are stealing couldn't steal. I don't feel a bit sorry for the company they deserve to loose money for taking away customers service. It really is just a last resort shopping for me. I prefer Harps food stores where they still check your items and bag them for you and even carry them out. So if you want to be labeled a thief shop at Walmart. Once the self check out screws up your a criminal. Shop at your own risk!!!!Terrible customer service and terrible business practices.NO STARS IS MY REAL CHOICE!!!!!!!
