I was given 20 out of 30 of my controlled substance and I am just supposed to take their word that they checked the cameras and counted right. I think there needs to be a higher authority level claim portal, for checks and balances sake. The way it is setup now, the person in on it could be the guy saying everything on camera looked good. Maybe someone broke into my car and only took 10 of them out of the bottle? Where did they disappear to? I will have to count the pills before I drive away I guess going forward. Hopefully the next victim reads this review and knows they are not alone. If I was one or two short I could believe maybe I took a dose twice but an even 10, nope. I didn't accidentally take too many 10 times. My spouse is not swiping them etc...

Rude, Angry, Hateful and Violent. That is the experience we had Saturday 3/09/2024, the young lady working the counter was rude un-helpful and offered no assistance or help, and when we asked for the 5th time to see the manager she punched the wall and stalked off.
We called Collier Monday morning they were having the same issue as Walgreens but they offered options and come up with a resolution in seconds. We called to get the prescriptions moved and another lady answered at Walgreens and was rude from the beginning until she hung up on us.
Walgreen's has lost our business forever. If I could post this with zero stars I would.

Horrendous service at pharmacy! The pharmacist and pharmacy techs treat elderly like they are not even human. When asked a question about an elderly man's prescription, the pharmacist huffed and puffed in annoyance that she had to answer, then denied service to a sweet elderly woman because she had an "attitude" last time she was in apparently. What?!?! The pharmacist here is an absolute joke! She is rude and her negatitive attitude has spilled over to all the techs who work there. What happened to customer service or human decency? At least treat others the way you want to be treated, even if you can't muster up the courage to fake a smile!

Phone system is corporate, not the retail store. Please base these reviews on in store experience which for me, is aways exemplary! Pharmacy is on top of all our meds. Mirna is an excellent Manager and Tanner is a "highlight pharmacist " He exceeds what is expected of his degree in pharmaceuticals. Jose has SKILLS when it comes to customer service. That smile and his laughter are things to look forward to. It's 2024 everyone! Let's start looking for the positive side of Walgreens.

Put a 20% off sign in front of all the colognes. And then you get up to the counter to pay. And it's not that false advertising and lying here will never shop here again Manager is very rude. She should not be a manager here at this time twelve forty one

The automated phone system is the worst. Their app is not much better. The wait in the drive through and in the pharmacy is so slow. For which I don’t understand, for I see so many people working behind the counter. It just doesn’t happen to have a good flow. Maybe they have a high turnover with staff right now, idk. They also have a reminder through text and automated calls that your refill is ready which nice. And the people at the register have always been very nice. It is a very busy location.

One of the slowest pharmacies I have ever used. You will either sit in your car for 20 minutes or stand in line for 30. I don't find the pharmacy staff at all friendly. They seem to all hate their jobs!

I just left here, and I dealt with Jazelle (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) and I can say I had the best experience. I called earlier to see if they had an item in stock and she was polite and helpful. I got to the store, and they were slammed. They seemed to be understaffed but very helpful. She wore many hats from helping me with what I was looking for to getting orders out for pick up and check out customers all while doing it with a smile. I haven't seen someone work that hard in a long time and with a pleasant demeanor. I will be using this location from now on. Thank you, Jazelle, for working as hard as you do and going above and beyond for everyone that walked in there.

Tiffany is one of the most kind souls I've encountered on a Monday at noon. Hats off to her kind smile and professional kind courteous demeanor during my transaction. It doesn't hurt that the location is always clean and well stocked. Kudos yall ?

I told myself I would never never enter into this store again as the cashier/ manager Scott dropped his nasty sweat all over my merchandise and then gave me attitude when I asked him to wipe it off. This was about a week ago. This Walgreens has become a joking stock for the community. I was amazed to find he was a manager. I always see him standing and talking at the front. I just assumed he was a lazy cashier. The two managers Keven and Talla are amazing people along with the cashier's there. I love the pharmacy managers Mirna and Karrina as well. I always get great customer service from them. Even when picking up sometimes does seems to be awfully slow. They do seem to always try hard to get my nana's prescriptions filled quickly. It's highly appreciated. Always. The other night I had to make a quick stop and who do I find just standing and when I approach the register and he snatches my stuff and like the way he tossed it in the bag was aggressive.I asked for the store manager or when I can contact them he tells me he doesn't know. I said well is there someone else I can speak with regarding your service he said no, I am the manager. I'm appalled that he holds any title. They will never get anymore of my service and I will be taking my grandparents and other family members from this location. This place was so much better. I called to another Walgreens and to my surprise they informed me they are under new management. Well that may be the problem. Run....run as fast as you can. If you don't go to the store during morning hours, don't go at all. He seems to always be there at night. Also not to mention the women's bathrooms are always terrible as well. I usually don't do this review thing but we deserve better service. I will say Walgreens on Pleasant Ave, in Springdale AR, has awesome staff and great customer service and I have heard wonderful things about their pharmacy. The manager I spoke with tonight really deserves a ⭐.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!! When you have a problem and you call to get if fixed and you get cussed at! They refuse to fix their miss up! I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is not the only problem. They are always slow and have no respect for their customer's.
