People in the office liar to the customer all the time to stole the money to the customer. Waiting for almost. 2 moths and allways said diferent arguments becarfuel never paid you keys later tell you the employees said ready give the keys. Becarful with manager it's worse.

Kevin how dare you kick me out as I walked in 5 minutes before closing that was very rude of you to get red and aggressive right as I walked in not even a pleasant great! You then tell me to leave that you are closed and you did not tell the lady walking in right in front of me anything that was poor customer service I was in that door before 12. Learn to be kind and treat customers respectfully and fair! I never had an issue visiting this location until you sir.

Be on hold for 40 mins and when I moved to my new place they told me that they would have to rekey my mailbox on Tuesday and Thursday and I will be able to access my mailbox well the key doesn’t work that I paid 25 dollars for and can open my box that I was told that this Thursday it would be rekeyed well I think not!!!!

This is the most incompetent bunch of idiots, I have ever witnessed... I have received mail from other addresses, had my own mail either hand delivered by other neighbors or not delivered at all, packages left by the road, left on top of the mailbox held up by the flag, and on one occasion actually thrown in the middle of the road, packages not delivered, my mail reeks of cigarettes, I have had letters ripped open even had one letter with a check ripped in half which couldn't be cashed because I only had half of it, I can go on and on, if this happened every now again, I can deal with it, but this is a never ending thing. Complaint after complaint to the post master and supervisors have all been shrugged off, my frustration is an understatment. HOW THIS CONTINUALLY GOES ON IS BEYOND ME!!!!! One star is too good for this bunch!!!

Totally useless, they did not deliver my package because ‘the address was incomplete’. I went in person to receive my package before it was sent back, and they assured me that they would deliver it to me the next day, only to not deliver it to me the next day and tell me that they sent it back.I order my stuff with enough time and it was already delayed and now I leave before christmas without my stuff.

No, definitely, I still have one who pays more for a week, but that's just pure falsehood, my package ? who knows who seloandado, but my friend, they are very bad service, they don't like the owner or anything, very bad, I will never send anything again with eyes, I don't know. They deserve not a single one ?

Haven't gotten mail in almost 2 weeks I usually get my bills around the same time each month. My family also mailed something to me says it's here yet I haven't received it at all. Ive noticed 3 different mail trucks come to my apartments daily I know our place is huge but how can mail be so delayed.
