Charged $35 dollars for a small 1 lb package that was not fragile or rushed. Delivered to wrong address. Customer service particularly, at the Springdale Center didn’t care at all and apparently doesn’t value its customers. Should’ve used FedEx.

worst costumer servıce,worst app,and worst postal servıce.ı try to call costumer servıce 30 min waste,try to fix it from app wont let me,even if ı wiilling to oay extra for pick up,it s crazy!!ı do not edvice nobady work ship receve anythıng from them.because you will regret it for sure

Friendly staff that was more than willing to help me with my unique shipping need.Granted, my 2 day air package still hasn't arrived 2 weeks later. . But that's more in UPS than it is this individual store.
