“My Toyota was having a Transmission issue. Three other shops including a Toyota dealership said I needed a new Transmission. AAMCO had it for a couple of days and pinpointed the cause of the issue. The repair cost was a fraction of the cost of a new transmission. I paid it in full. Later the manager, Kristina, called and said their technician found out that a wired connection to the transmission was determined to be at fault and that the repair bill was going to be much less. Having INTEGRITY...they refunded much of what I had already paid. Honesty and integrity go along way with me as they are hard to find these days. Thought the transmission was going out, they didn’t find anything and was honest that they gave my car hell to make it act up and she had no issues, due to it being a part I fixed prior to taking it in, to their years of experience they reassured me that it was most definitely was not my transmission. I will be a long time customer of them, that I’m sure of!
