AVOIDIf this is what Marriott is becoming, then it is time to look for another brand as our first choice for business and pleasure travel. As a platinum member with lots of stays for work and family, marriott has long been our go-to name. But you can no longer trust the Marriott name as a worthwhile stay.Dirty. Barely maintained. Inedible breakfast. Animal hairs on bedding. The first suite had no water working the kitchen, dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Moved to a second suite and the furniture looked like it was maintained by hillbillies.AVOIDNoteworthy details: Avoid

One of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had in staying at a hotel! It was peaceful and convenient! The staff was professional and the rooms were extremely clean!Noteworthy details: This hotel was close to my doctor's office as well as close to the hospital! It is in a very convenient location!

I stayed in room 105 recently. There was a dead spider on the base of a floor lamp. The toilet was loose so it wasn't secured to the floor. Both the sink and bathtub drain plugs were not attached so water would build up until I removed the plugs to let the water drain. The employees, on the other hand, were super nice, friendly, and accommodating.

Always clean rooms I have been staying here for almost 10 years. Nice pool always great service the breakfast has eggs and Waffles cereal fruit bacon and sausage it's a great breakfast to start your day. I don't stay anywhere else when coming to town then here. It's fairly priced for everything that you get. Soft comfortable beds always fresh Linens and clean rooms they have a kitchenette so you can bring your food to cook or order in. The kitchens have plates and silverware and cookware. As well as appliances and a living room.

Man! Richard and Summer are fantastic. I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am for my room and the amenities. I would definitely recommend again. Their smiles were bright and cheery. Rooms clean and beds were cold, cozy, and fresh. TV’s were enjoyable with full range of channels. The full kitchenette and dining room table was fantastic! My room was divided into a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms with a full bath. It was like a large two bedroom apartment. Wow! I am super grateful! Ask for 402!

TownePlace Suites are primarily similar in design. It is the people behind the desk that make a difference. At this property, Summer and Zak made all the difference. Their prompt, courteous, and took enjoyed their role and responsibility. Thank you, guys. Your warm hospitality is much appreciated.

First time staying at Town Place Suites. Service was excellent, rooms were great and it was very family friendly. Breakfast had several cold and hot options available each day. Would definitely stay there again.

They charged my work card for some $5 a piece waters that I did not purchase and when I called to inquire, speaking to 2 people on 2 separate occasions, they said someone would get back to me and never did. I also sent several texts, which the front desk manager, Zach, texted me DAILY during my stay, but now won't respond to my inquiry about these charges. I had to take it up with marriott customer care. Not sure why I got these fraudulent charges, nor why they won't even attempt to resolve it. Especially the front desk manager, Zach, whom again was texting me daily asking how my stay was, for him to not answer me, it's all just very questionable behavior, really. Maybe there needs to be some further investigation into customer folios...Zach- how would you like it if someone was charging your work card for extra items you did not purchase? And then having to answer to your employer about it, getting reprimanded, and stuck reimbursing your employer for the charges?!!Btw, they don't even have internet enabled tvs, like every other marriott does. And during my stay, I was never acknowledged by any staff members, except for Zach when I went to the front desk to ask about the tvs (which i did walk past before that, and he did not acknowledge me). One day, there was a woman training a new employee. She didn't even teach him to greet me when I walked thru the front entrance. As I walked by, neither one of them looked up from their computer screens. Great way to train someone!!Housekeeping - would it be too much to ask you to clean up the piss around the toilet base and the soap scum and mold in the shower? Bunch of garbage employees.I do have to add, the breakfast lady is a different story. She is the only employee worth a damn. Excellent service, very friendly, and professional. She deserves a raise and a promotion, for sure.

3 stars basically for Richard at the front desk. Room was not 100% clean Food particles in dishwasher Random hair on toilet Shower wasn't clean Guest before me left a ski mask in drawer of bathroom Bed was not clean, especially the skirt on the base Tv rather small Be careful when trying to plug up something to charge, breaker tripped and cut lights and tv off Good thing I know how to flip it back Walls are paper thin, had guests in front of my door yelling like they are the only ones in the building First time out here and travel for work so not sure if I'll return. Great location but rooms need love and a touchup
