“We switched from Arvest Bank to Chambers Bank and it's the best move we've ever made for banking. First, there system does not "switch" transactions to cause over draft fees. A debit charge shows up and stays in line. The service inside and drive thru is positive, friendly and we're never "rushed". Our last visit was regarding a loan. The loan officer was so honest about our options. He even recommended a Reverse Mortgage instead of a bank mortgage. That's impressive to me.”

“Updated… UFC reached out and corrected the situation…We have been a member at this credit union for years have five different accounts my wife’s debit card expired back in August. She has requested it twice online and we’ve never got it. I went into the Springdale location on Sunset and ask if they could print her one. The lady behind the counter said yes we can print it but you cannot get it. She Hass to be here in person, I said I have ID and I’m on the account. Why can I not get it and she said she hast to be here to get it so that means she has to takeoff work to come down here to get a card that’s ridiculous. We will be moving our accounts to a different bank. I advise you not to use United Federal credit Union. They have no customer service at all and it’s no telling where they’ve supposedly sent these other two cards.”

“I was an employee of the bank for 9+ years - from the pre-opening in 2005 until 2014. So, I've been gone long enough that I can't confirm or deny issues others may have had. But no one intentionally would answer fraudulently on transactions. I'm sure, like many other places, front line employees may not have all the answers and try to appease the customer rather than trying to look inept. I've continued to bank at LNB even though I wound up working for another bank and have since gotten out of banking. Their folks are some of the best in banking that I'm aware of in NWA. It's my bank - and my legacy...”
