My Australian shepherd went in for a groom. She was not cut to the breed standard. I called to relay the feedback to the owner/manager so that the groomers could be made aware of breed standards. My intention was bring this to their attention so other dogs were not cut incorrectly. He was not receptive to the feedback. My dog will not be returning.

People who work there are really rude. This morning, my boyfriend tried to drop our dog off for an appointment we have waited a long time for and they weren’t open yet. When I tried to take our dog, they were very hateful to me and said I missed my app. I told them my bf tried to drop her off and no one was there. 2 people were sitting at the front not doing anything. They didn’t seem like they were busy. There were not any other customers in the store. You would think they would want the business. If not, don’t be rude to your customers because now I feel the need to get on here and let the world now how unprofessional they are.(I was late to my app because my bf didn’t give me the time. We are both doctors and were rushing this morning like crazy for work. I understand having to cancel because people are late, but I would not be rude to the customer about it. I for sure wouldn’t act lazy and not even attempt to help to the customer. Again, there was no one in the store and I feel they just wanted to sit instead of work. I would have been happy to over tip them and give them money to just be nice and try to help me. If they were busy, I could understand not working the dog in… but it didn’t seem that way)From reading the comments from the owners, doesn’t seem they will be too happy about this post. I won’t be deleting or commenting back unless my dog gets worked in asap. Otherwise I’ll tell everyone to go to petco where the people actually welcome you when you walk in.

They are always so helpful and nice!!! We have been using them for a few years now and are never disappointed!!! They really do a great job and care about every furbabie that walks through the door!

The groomer at this store has never seen a labradoodle because when I booked an appointment for a labradoodle cut she had no clue what she was doing. She cut all of his hair including his ears and muzzle. He doesn't even look like a labradoodle and I paid the store more than I've ever paid for grooming including a 20% tip. If you want your labradoodle groomed, stay away from this place. They do not know what they are are doing.

They are OK. I went there because their online website said they carried a certain product I wanted. The salesman showed me to the shelf where it was and it was there. He told me their groomer doesn't use that because it removes the undercoat or something like that so I bought another product. Why would it be on their shelf if they don't like it. What a moron. They don't have much on the shelf"s to choose from. I won't go back just because of poor salesmanship.

The store is clean. However, we were not greeted on the way in or out. Unsure if she even realized that people were in the store. She never looked up from her phone. Must have been something awesome on tiktok or something ?

9/9/2023 had a 2:00 appointment and arrived early, our dog GOLDIE has been getting groomed here for over thee years.Thay refused me service because i had forgot to bring in papers for her shots. I ask to go back and pick up the papers for the shots, and Jessica to me that it was against ARKANSAS LAW ? . Please Email me the statue number , Better yet had your attorney call me with the law that Jessica was so happy to throw in my face.

I visited this shop to check out the 'do it yourself' pet wash for my daughter's Goldendoodle. Very nice, clean shop with lots of wonderful products. The young lady up front (owner, I think) was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely be going again.

The Whole Pet in Springdale is really great! Really great folks there and pretty much every kind of pet supplies you'll need. Their groomers are top notch. We take our Golden Doodle there and she's never looked better.

This isThis is a cute little pet store. They have so many wonderful options for cats and dogs. However, you won't find much for any other pet. They used to have fish, worms, crickets... etc, but not anymore. They are focused on meeting the needs of cats and dogs. a cute little pet store.

Amazing service and staff is very knowledgeable. They have a very good selection of grain-free pet foods and their prices are reasonable if not better than what you may find elsewhere.They have a wide variety of toys and chews for cats and dogs as well as a grooming service.10 paws out of 10 ?. Definitely recommend!
