Went in and got my catalytic converter replaced and ended up being told my transmission was also an issue. I was frustrated and confused since my car is only 4 years old. Ronnie gave me a call and gave me a run down of the whole process and let me know how they ended up at that conclusion. It was very much appreciated and I am definitely much less confused. Still frustrated at my car though lol not the techs

Worst Ford Service I have ever encountered. Had my car over a week and couldn’t find the issue. Didn’t return phone calls. No follow up. Rude operator when I tried to get transferred. Stay far away.

The dealership was very fast and friendly and was able to fix my AC and my windshield washer motor with no problem and I had it back within 48 hours. Great service.

Springdale Ford did an amazing job with the purchase of a new 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid for our company, Scott did so well on the sale side and the other Scott was super easy in the finance office as it was a cash sale and took less than 15 minutes to finish the deal. There sales department is great and I would totally recommend them to my friends. I hope there service department is able to take a few pointers from them though because I’ve had several interactions with service that haven’t been great.
