Everyone is very nice, I have visit about 3 times. Everytime I visit everyone is willing to helpout. They treated my dog very gently, my dog is very shy. The boarding was great will use again. Thank you Shade

I was undergoing continuous treatment for mental health concerns and they eventually kept my emotional support animal as I could not come up with thousands of dollars in just 10 days. Do not bring an animal there if you really love them!

We have an English bull terrier. Vets and Staff have been amazing! We have been using them since 2011. Very caring and informative. They ALWAYS show us estimates before doing anything. We have never had a negative visit or phone calls. They always greeted and welcomed us. Staff even came around the corner to greet and ask how our furbaby was doing! Love y’all!

We started seeing the vets and staff back.im 2014 and I would not think of changing. They are all so compassionate i last my cat peanut 2 years ago when I got him in they checked him his liver had started failing. They admitted him and treated him for over a week. One morning we thought he was taking a positive turn for the better.. How ever he took a really bad turn for the worst.. they called me, I asked if he was suffering. He was I had to say goodbye and I held him as he left our my peanut. Staff was there for me as much as they had for my peanut. My old buddy Odysseus my retired service dog went home to the rainbow bridge this past March 8th. They gave me as much time as I needed and he went to sleep with his head on my lap. The wound in my heart will never go away completely but I know he is young again and out of pain. The vets and staff are such wonderful caring people and they know what they are doing. I will have to get a new vet when my family moves back.up north, but until then the only veterinarians for my fur family will be The Springdale animal clinic. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. You can not find any better. I had my Odysseus as well as my cat cremated they got me nose and paw prints as well as hair clippings. When I was unable to because of my heart breaking and couldn't see through my tears. Thank all of y'all for helping me get through this time of sorrow. I don't know how I would have made it through the loss of my sweet babies.

They really care about our pets! Our cat, Bootsie is sick and the vet there has called me nearly every day. We had to take her back in today and they bent over backwards to help us. I think the price is the most reasonable in this area.

We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here over the last 3 years. When moving to Springdale they were close by so we gave it a shot and are so happy to have found such a caring (and convenient) place. They’ve been great with our grumpy old chihuahua and have helped numerous times to squeeze us in quickly when things came up unexpectedly. All of the staff are amazing!
