I am so disappointed in Spay AR . After my Vet and Pet Smart quoted me between $350-$650 dollars to have my cat neutered I signed up with Spay AR. We communicated for almost two weeks and I even had a phone conversation with them. Did all the paperwork on line and had a phone interview. On the day of the service I dropped him off, talked with the receptionist, showed my paperwork, and she looked at him. I asked what was the latest I could pick him up and she said 4. I told her I would be there at that time and she agreed. On my way to work ( I had already made arrangements to be late so that I could drop him off) I received a call stating that they did not notice his "smooched face" and that it is risky for them to perform the surgery with this kind of cat. I reminded her that this was a exotic shorthair when I both applied and when I dropped him off-fair and advanced notice to his breed. THEY COULD NOT NUTURE HIM. A few minutes later they called a second time asking me to pick him up before noon. I was already late for work and would have to take off early even to pick him up at 4:00 . They had to refund the money. Except for this being a economical transaction. This has been the most unprofessional, incompetent, organization I have ever had to deal with.

I went here to get my 3 cats spayed about 2 years ago. They were able to save me lots of money because of the income-based services they provide. They had a clear, efficient system from start to finish and all my cats recovered well with zero surgery complications. I'm looking to get my dog neutered here too! Update: I took my little dog, Buster, to go get neutered here and it was a great experience. They did a fantastic job and were able to fit me in within a reasonable amount of time. Buster had everything he needed and they gave me a free cone for him if he needed it as well as seven days of pain pills without an extra charge. Fantastic experience overall. I posted about this on Nextdoor and some lady commented that her daughter or somebody who is directly related to her actually works here and she loved what she does and that is just absolutely great to hear. Other people on next-door were saying that they also had great experiences with their animals, dogs and cats when taking them here .

staff was wonderful and sweet! took great care of my sweet girl. she went in to get spayed and she's doing great! also service was half the price vs where i was initially going to take her, which worked great with my type of income. thank you so so much for everything that you guys are doing for our sweet fur babies.

Efficient services, less than half what my local vet costs, and kind staff. Our kitty healed up beautifully with no issues at all.

You really cannot beat the low price for the services here. I got my 1 year old male cat fixed here to stop him from spraying. and they were super nice and fast and only $25! I will say that my poor cat smelled AWFUL when I picked him up. Like actually the worst smell I have ever smelled ? but after a day he was feeling better and cleaned himself and the odor went away. Overall I would recommend especially if you're on a budget like me!

We have some feral cats that visit almost nightly. We wanted to help them and utilized Spay Arkansas' TNR program. We were able to trap the two fellas 8.5 and 12 pounds kitties and had them neutered and released them back into the colony. It was a completely smooth operation from the initial phone call to picking up the kitties after their surgeries. Rabies shots were given and one was treated for a flea infestation. No complications and we released them 24 hours post op. Would use Spay Arkansas again if the need arises. Fantastic organization.
