After the Fourth of July holiday, I called Roadside with my company and Don with Southern Tire was out here in Lowell, AR in 60 minutes. I love the kindness and professionalism while still getting the tire on my truck repaired. Sure hope your company has more folks like him. Thank you so much.

Absolutely the most dishonest, unprofessional shop I have ever experienced. We took our work vehicle in to have the alternator, battery, and oil replaced along with a water leak and were billed for it. They had the vehicle for over a month. The vehicle died on the road still with the old battery, alternator and BLACK oil inside it. The heater core EXPLODED from the water leak destroying the plastic connectors. When confronted, we were faced with nothing but excuses. Their response was "someone told us it was done, sorry." This place is going to get somebody KILLED or seriously injured. I'm now having to go through a 3rd party to verify the previous work "done" on my other vehicle. If this warning doesn't deter you from rendering their services, watch them like a HAWK or take it to someone after. If my kid were involved, I'd be suing for emotional distress.

Great prices and honest service for aspects beyond tires. We use them for a Class A motorhome, but we will probably start using them for some of our typical car needs.
