Today as I was checking out and leaving walmart there was a mother with 3 looked like triplets all under one , she was doing her best to checkout and thy were crying . The man who works here loudly yelled sssshhhhhh and when everyone turned to see where it came from him and his co worker was standing there mocking with their hands by their ears laughing. As a mother I turned to him and said that's rude. He looked at me and laughed, I'm glad he thinks mom shaming is funny or shhushing others babies for being babies is funny. I wonder what he thinks of his clients with kids that cry or toddlers and younger kids crying when they get their hair cut. The actions of these 2 employees but especially him were horrible and down right rude. I sure hope this is not what this company or walmarts values are. And I hope they do not let someone who would tarnish the companies image with such actions continue to be apart of their company. The worst mom shaming I've ever seen.

So today I went in to have my hair fixed from a bad haircut. The gentleman was not only very nice and professional, but he did a phenomenal job on my hair! And I am now going to call him magic hands or magic fingers, lol; but it’s the truth. I would recommend going in and having Ricky cut your hair any day of the week! He really does a fantastic job and I’m grateful. And yes, he fixed the bad haircut.

I went to get this one treatment done and before it all started I asked for the price and they told me 29 and something cents so I did it all and after that the lady asked if I wanted to blow dry my hair im like sure and after that I checked out and the final price was 41 and something cents and U heard one of the other ladies saying something like "now do like what we did with the last person" or something like that and then the lady attending me was like " with the service provided your total is 41" and im just kind of stunned because I thought the treatment was supposedly "29" and I didnt know the blow dry was extra but either way for that to be about 10 extra for blow dry and taxes seemed way too much especially for something simple like blow drying. The people were friendly I just dont like how they had told me one thing then I had to pay something completely different. I just wish they would have told me that it would cost more because I had asked before it all started how much it was going to be thinking that was the final price along with taxes..

Located inside of Walmart, Smart style Hair Salon is the place you go to for the convenience and price.The Haircut itself was pretty good. No complaints with the quality of the cut.The service from the staff was pretty great as well. I had a younger lady cut my hair. She made light conversation every few minutes and made sure to check in with me about things along the way. She did a good job about explaining the different guard numbers and their cuts.The atmosphere is okay. Like I said at the beginning, you go here for convenience, so when you know you'll be situated within a Walmart you shouldn't expect that you are somewhere besides Walmart. The actual room you are in is okay, not super lively.

DO NOT get your hair done at Walmart!!! I just received the worst haircut of my life!! All I wanted was a bang trim. Ricky the hairdresser did me wrong!! I don’t recommend hair salon at elm springs!! It’s super short!!! DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY RICKY!!Service: Haircut
