Ordered 4 tires for my truck before Thanksgiving. The person on the other end of the phone could barely speak English and promised they would call me when the tires came in. Three weeks later, I was forced to call myself and the tire still hadn’t come in.Around Christmas I went into the club and talked to the tire center. Three of the tires had come in and they were still waiting on one tire.January 2, 2024, after continuing to never receive a single phone call, I went back into the store, only to be told that that particular tire was discontinued and apparently they shipped the three tires back, and I was back to square one after nearly 10 weeks of waiting with no communication from Sam’s.It’s sad because they rely on that stupid International customer service line instead of talking to somebody right here in Springdale. Very disappointed. I will never buy tires from Sam’s again.

This Sam’s Club is second to none. Period. I made that store my home store and for good reason it’s the newest Sam’s in Northwest Arkansas they put together a crew that smiles at you, greet you, and great vibes. my favorite are the products that they cook for you and serve to you. Those people are absolutely amazing.

Came here last week in the afternoon/evening w/ my family and appreciated the service! The traffic flow is a little bit hectic but no one seems to pay enough attention anyways. A clean and reliable service station to always rely on. 5 stars

What is with all of the dogs in the store riding around in carts? Every time I’m in there I see dogs riding in grocery carts where we put our food. Why?

I have both memberships one from Sam's and one from Costco's I really don't know which I prefer they're both good, one thing I do know is Sam has a sign out front that post the price of that gasoline and Costco's does not.

We go to this store to buy many things, ground beef is one of them. For the last few months the quality has been on and off. It looks pink but smells very bad, sometimes we find pieces of bone, sometimes tendons, sometimes gristle. I am not sure what is going on in that department but it is not very good.

I usually find what I want. (Still not the tubs of Biscotti.) Got some great Sockeye Salmon and you can scan to an app on your phone while you're shopping, pay through the app, skip the checkout lines and be on your way. Awesome!

I'm assuming corporate was in and that's why we had to have 20+ people walking the floor together blocking Isles for actual paying customers. Why are these meetings conducted while customers are trying to shop? Further, I and the other patreons did not appreciate whatever "Spartan" war call you guys decided to yell in front of the entrance to the store. For someone who suffers from PTSD, this is unacceptable and it triggered my fight or flight response. I struggle enough just getting myself to go to the store, this will likely now prevent me from going back to your location. If anyone reading this suffers from PTSD or other sensory issues, Siloam Springs Walmart has quite hours from 8-10. Hopefully the nice corporate folks at Sams can get out of their "tunnel vision" and start taking notes on how to better serve their customers.

0 stars if I could; My heart goes out to all of the workers who try their absolute hardest while working here. The job itself pays well but there is a lack of consistency across all positions. Workloads and time off are never consistent. Getting time off ahead of time for major life events was always declined for me. We even had managers high while on the job. Taking hits around food. When they say there are occasional compensation benefits they truly mean occasional. We were catered food probably 10 times in the year I worked there. And usually, there wasn’t enough food for everyone. Working my forced 12-9/10 shift 5 days a week with barely any time to rest up was miserable. And I even dragged someone I knew into the mix to work with me. Part of me believes that it is a corporate problem for why the turnover rate was so high as well. You never got to really know anybody you worked with. Because everyone hates this job. Anyone who has worked there longer is snobby, and quite rude. Nobody covers each other, and the managers always asked for extra work from you because other people had more time off than newcomers. You don’t get an hour for lunch either. You get a 30 minute. And a 15 minute. Supposedly another 15 minute break as well. But who knows, I got yelled at several times for taking it. I had to quit because my manager said I wasn’t doing my job and gave me a strike. It was ridiculous. Perhaps if you ever hired more people and didn’t force us to live in an understaffed hell, you would have had a very strong work force.Long story short, if your grandpa is dying, and your sister is going to have a baby. Don’t work here- they won’t let you attend major life events. They will just work you dry.

Amazing customer service in the tire center. Both Fernando and Aaron provided me with an amazing experience. They found out I cracked a wheel for my Escalade which I thought it was my tire leaking after a few return trips. I came back with my wheel welded up and they fixed another leak they found in my tire for free. Great warrenty and service here. I told them to throw my spare in the trunk and they even went the extra mile and put it back up under my vehicle where it is normally kept. I’ll be back with my other cars. Thanks you two. Fantastic team work!

BE WARE!! of the third party sub-contracted phone salesmen, they DO NOT work for Sams Club. They will tell you they need your ID & account information to "check which deals your eligible for". While you think he's checking for deals, he is really setting up an AT&T account to port your number over using said information...therefore entering you into a legal agreement without your permission. Classic 'bait & switch' tactics. Luckily my current phone company already knew the scam & refused to give him the information he needed to finalize the unauthorized porting of my #! Now I must file police report bc I believe my identity has been compromised. To the scammy salesman named Blake Longshore, karma isnt far behind.
