I bought glasses which broke. The Bentonville Sam's club said Springdale had a pair I could get as a replacement. Within a day of Springdale entering my personal information into their system, I got message from my credit monitoring agency that my cell phone was now on the dark web due to "A vendor for a glass manufacturer". The Walton's care little for the security of their customer's financial information. I told their customer service person, and he said he's never heard of the dark web. I get multiple calls and/or texts every day. I now have to change my cell phone number, which I've had for over 20 years. Thanks for nothing Sam's club.

stopped at this Sams Club to get gas. Tyler was able to help us out with getting gas as we didn't have a card. Thank you Tyler for your help and keep up the great job!

I am so sick of getting rotten fruits and vegetables. Ever since the pandemic/George Floyd problems they keep selling bad goods. The expiration dates are good but rotten on the inside. I am done shopping for these foods at WalMart and Sam's Club. Also the so called large EB eggs, they put at least 3 tiny ones, not even considered small. in every 18 pack. Ridiculous. What a waste of customer time to have to make another trip to return the rotten food and another trip to a decent local farm! BUYER BEWARE

I purchased my glasses here a couple years ago. I didn’t have any major issues other than receiving a random bill about a month after I purchased and picked up glasses saying I owed an additional $6. I thought it was silly, but I paid it.My husband went to get his here today because of the convenience of walk-in appointments. They charge way more than we should be paying with insurance. They are not upfront about costs until you’re at the register to pay. They say insurance only covers “x” amount, but our benefits say otherwise. He’s going to shop around at other stores for glasses. I’ve never been quoted or paid almost $300 for his glasses with our insurance. This is just for frames and lenses without other add ons. Sam’s is usually a good deal for other services and items but not vision care.

Worst glasses buying experience ever here, which is a shocker considering that members pay to access the services of this place. I strongly considered cancelling my Sam’s membership after my experience. I walked in at 6:20pm on a weekday to purchase a second pair of prescription glasses. They already had the drawers counted down and put away and told me they could only accept card payments. Fyi, they close at 7pm on weekdays. It was very evident by the way the two women were acting that they were rushing me. I knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of prescription, frames, lenses, and coatings, etc so it wasn’t like I was being one of those customers that had no clue what they needed or wanted. When I finally found a pair of frames I was interested in and asked for a quote one of the women told me that my insurance would only cover $30 on everything without keying anything into her computer. I told her that was definitely not true as my frame allowance alone is $150. The remainder of my time there went about the same and I ultimately decided not to make a purchase. A guy walked in 15 minutes after me and they were this same exact way to him. Those women were clearly ready to bolt. So unhelpful and horrible customer service.

Just did a curbside pickup and had the best experience with a young man named Quota. He was kind, friendly, and very helpful. You could tell he was happy to be there and happy to help load up my car!

What you see is NOT what you get. The weight on the 88/12% ground beef is significantly overstated. I bought several packages of this ground beef and most were labeled with weights ranging from 4.84 - 4.87lbs. All the packages actually weighed 4.1 - 4.3lbs. That's with tray and meat. I spoke with the manager at Sam's and was basically dismissed. Buyers beware.
