I am so grateful to David Rath and Braxton Lamar at Rath Mitsubishi in Springdale for making my daughter a happy young woman. AMAZING people! They did not try to talk her into buying a brand-new car or putting her into something that she could not afford. I recommend Rath Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Wonderful experience. I have bought many cars in my years and can honestly say that this was the best by far~ Rath Mitsubishi in Springdale will be the first place I go when I am in the market for a new or used car.
My daughter recently turned 18 and we decided to look into getting her first loan and start building her credit. Since her Honda is pushing 300K miles, why not get a loan for a car right? She was preapproved with stipulations, she needed to find something with less than 150k miles on it and had a spending limit. I was not sure how well this venture would go but the hunt was on. We scoured the internet and found some lots that had cars that met her criteria, so we made a list and away we went. We had a fun day, met some great people, ate lunch, and test drove some cars. Nothing that she loved yet and we only had one place left on the list. Online it said that they had one car that met her criteria. When we got there Braxton greeted us with a smile and I let him know what we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding what was on the lot and came up with not one but three options. The one that we wanted to look at (the only one we saw online) was recently sold. Braxton showed us an SUV, which my daughter wanted to move away from as she has owned two already. She was not interested so on to the next. Braxton was very excited to show us this next vehicle and led us to it, on the way he mentioned that it was ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR! When the door opened, the first thing my eyes caught was this beautiful red sports car. My daughter and I both looked at each other almost confused. There is no way that the car we are looking at is the one that he is about to show us. This was a red 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT in mint condition, leather interior, sunroof, and it’s a sports car! Braxton quickly let us know that that is in fact the car and still confused we are admiring this beautiful car. He proceeds to tell me that this car was not going to be sold but they had recently decided to sell it! This beauty had 1 owner, it was an older woman’s dream car and she only drove it 56k miles! My daughter test drove the Eclipse with a smile on her face the entire time. SOLD! We sat down to talk about money and sign papers. There was an issue with the loan…. LTV Loan to value. This is a UNICORN and the market value for this car was low. My daughter would have had to come up with a nice down payment that she did not have. Braxton went to the “Finance Guy” and we waited anxiously. More than once, we waited anxiously for Braxton to talk with the “Finance Guy”. The last time Braxton came in with a BIG smile on his face and laid a piece of paper down. The sale price of this car dropped tremendously! My daughter was able to put some money down and drive away with this UNICORN!!!

We've been here three times within the last three months for the same issue that they cannot seem to repair. Incapable. Tiffani is rather snobby as well unfortunately. Don is great and so kind.
Very disappointed for the service here as it's poor. We have Mitsubishi and it's either here or Springfield for repairs under warranty. Would not recommend this place.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. The first one I was in an accident but had been set up with the GAP insurance when I bought the car. They helped me with the info I needed to file to cover the accident. I just purchased the second car and they helped me find something that was going to work for my family. There is low pressure unlike most dealerships and even after the purchased they have been super helpful. I was also told if I needed any help setting up my car with the safety and extra features to stop by any time.

From the moment I spoke with Shaun over the phone to the moment I visited the dealership he has been nothing but professional and thorough. The GM was also very nice and I had a great conversation with him. A lot of salesman beat around the bush and try to push certain packages/plans on you, but Shaun wasn’t like that at all. Aside from the service, I’m very pleased with my new car.

Liked that the salesman wasn't pushy. The employees we encountered were all nice & helpful. They proudly told us about the 100,000 mile/10 year wrap around warranty but didn't mention that it cost a significant amount more than the regular warranty. We worked it out, but that was my biggest complaint.
