Man, these guys are the real deal. I was just calling around looking for Bilstein 5100s for my 2006 Silverado 2500 Duramax, and had been striking out left and right finding places that had them in stock. I just stumbled across these guys even though they were less than a half mile from where I work, and to my complete shock they said they could have them here by 2:00 p.m. same day.Fast forward to 1:45 p.m., I walk in the door and these fine folks already have the shocks at the shop, AND THEY HAVE THEM INSTALLED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.They have earned a lifetime customer for any four-wheel drive and truck customization needs I have in the future. I will be telling all of my truck friends about them as well, and can't wait to give them more of my business.

The guys at pro custom were awesome. I had a bracket brake on my lift kit that I put on my Subaru outback. The Subaru dealership recommended me taking the whole lift kit off and returning the car back to factory specs. I took it to pro custom and they completely eased my anxiety and told me that the guys at Subaru were completely exaggerating the issue and in fact, the guys at pro custom fixed the issue for only 140 bucks. I would highly recommend going to pro custom for any custom needs. Jeff and Scott are super friendly, knowledgeable and are very fair with pricing.

We are RV’ing in a 36’ Class A and pulling a JeepOur nearly brand new Blue Ox tow braking system stopped responding for unknown reasons. My husband called and SCOTT was AMAZING!! He ran the entire schematics for the Demco system. We were in and out in just a little over an hour.HIGHLY recommend this business!!

The best shop around in my opinion. Came in and ordered parts on a Wednesday and they were there Thursday morning bright and early. I was in and out of the shop in two hours or less. Highly recommend these folks 100 percent!!

Awesome place for truck needs, they installed a 5th wheel hitch and air-lift bags. Then I added lights and they fixed the lid rail. Thank you for great work!

My husband for 10-years look for an audio place that was fair most of them tried to rip him off took his money did subpar work but pro customs was absolutely amazing that's experience I've had in Northwest Arkansas if you have anything you need done to your car whether it be mechanic or speaker wise go to pro customs I promise you they are the best and it's not even close don't go anywhere not audio shop not thumpers no where but PRO CUSTOMS is the best spot in nwa

Paid 2600$ for a repair asked if my car was good they told me it was just to drive and find thumping noises out of my vehicle they should've noticed in the test drive they did the first time and then they tell me I possibly might have drivetrain problems in my vehicle which would be even more money on top of the 2600 I already spent for a repair that I was told fixed my vehicle completely when it obviously did not do not recommend this place nor I won't ever recommend it to anyone else
