“So, today I visited the main Springdale PO and there wasa gentleman at the desk named Kevin- he was short staffed, just him working. He made the absolute best of it! He had people laughing. He was complimenting people and given them great wisdom - over all just a happy person that made the best of a bad situation. He was wonderful!!! Great employee! ☺️”

“Typical post office, except these folks are nice. Very good customer service. Very helpful and quick. P.O. boxes are easy enough. Sending packages is easy. They always help get the lowest price. And there is rarely a line. So, as for a PO, it's pretty good. I hope no one else discovers how good it is. Then the lines will form. lol”

I still love using the real person check out line because these people are so awesome!”
“Every time I've come to the counter the staff has been friendly and helpful. Today, for example, I was met with a genuine smile. I told the gal about a text I had received from the post office regarding a package that was being held at a processing center until they got more information from me. She looked at the text and said it was a scam. She said the post office would never text me. She smiled and said have a nice day as I left. I saw that the other employee also greeted his post office patron with a smile.”

“Joe was delivering mail across the street and smelt smoke coming from our house. Without him coming to check on our house, our house would have completely caught on fire. he also saved the lives of our two dogs. We couldn’t be more thankful for Joe and everything he did for us. He saved our home & our puppies. He came by after the fire fighters left to check on us and our dogs. He is an angel and the best human. He deserves everything and more. We love Joe and Springdale is so very lucky to have him delivering our mail and watching over us. Thanks a million Joe!!!!!!!”
