Don’t come here for simple work. I had a nail in my tire and they said it would be done in 30 minutes and immediately pulled my truck into the bay. After coming back an hour later, the truck was still in the bay. Rather than fixing the nail hole they wanted to try and upsell me on a new set of tires and a comprehensive alignment. I repeatedly told them no, to just fix the tire. Which they then started the work that took another 45 minutes. The fact they waited to do the work without calling me just to try and sell me new tires when my current ones are perfectly fine is not the type of place I want to take my business.

On October 30th, I called to make an appointment to dismount and mount my a set of 4 tires at 3 p.m. the next day. On Oct 31st I arrived on time at 3 p.m. and asked if they can get it done on time in roughly 2 hrs because I gotta work at 6 p.m. Remember now, I made an appointment! 2 hours later, my car is still out in the parking lot and hasn't been touched. Service sucks. I been lied to. If you guys are busy and you guys can't get to it, be honest and just tell me. I can come another day but instead say you can get it done. Again what is the point of making an appointment? Now I'm late to work. Pretty crappy I say.

Just saw a white Camry off on the highway back tire blow up stop to ask if he was okay. Said he just got off the plaza tire and they over filled his tire.

I recommend going to the one in rogers much faster and more experienced workers. I waited 3 hours for 1 tire change the lady that worked on my car added 53 psi even on the tire it says not to exceed 40 psi they try to kill me for some reason

I have used the plaza tire in Springdale for many years and always had a great experience. With that being said many changes have accurred in the past year. I have taken 2 separate vehicles to them for oil changes and both times, they informed me that I needed new brakes and rotors. They gave me an estimate of over $600 for repairs for each vehicle, they claimed to be unsafe. After receiving this estimate, I took it to a trusted mechanic, who took off the pads and rotors and showed them to me. The pads and rotors where no where near needing to be replaced. It's a shame! they take advantage of customers like this. If you decide to use Plaza Tire ask to see the old parts they claim need to be replaced.

Went to Plaza in Tontitown. It was super slow, expensive and then it seems they have ruined my tire's air sensor, my add air light won't go off. Only went here because it was an emergency and Latino Tires was closed. Never again.
