Hands down best service ever. I had a few questions on my bike and brought it in thinking I’ll see it in two weeks and a few hundred dollars later. Nope, I had a quick fix and was out the door with the bike in under 30min. The gentleman helping me took his time to show what to look for in the future. 5 stars isn’t enough. Customer for life!!!

I had so many issues with my gravel bike I was beginning to give up hope. I live in Fayetteville so I tried shops around here first, and everywhere was booked out for 2 weeks. I came by randomly to check on maintenance and Danny got me in and fixed up in less than 5 days (which included a weekend where maintenance takes a backseat to foot traffic plus the shop is closed on Sundays). The knowledge, the ability, the craftsmanship, the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everything was perfect and my bike is better than when it was brand new. You've created a life-long customer. Danny is a master of his craft.

Update: Thank you so much for replying. That is very kind of you! We will come back soon. I want to get my grand babies new bikes also.
My grandson and I stopped here at 5:15pm, and no one even spoke to us at all. Two men walked in after us, and they were greeted immediately. I found a bike I liked, but no help from anyone, so we walked out. I won’t go back! My 4 year old grandson even committed about them not helping us.

If you need a spot to get your bike fixed up, go here. The staff are extremely kind, they've helped me fix things for free before just out of the kindness of their hearts and love of biking and cycling. Plus, there's a coffee shop inside.

These guys have worked on my bike for the last 5 years and have been very honest and taken care of me.So when I decided to buy a new bike I returned to this store and told them what I wanted and they showed me one they had in the store and I liked it and the price was competitive. I then went and tried some different bikes. Then it came down to my experiences with this store so I purchased the Trek Verse 3.

What a great experience! Danny took the time to fully understand the issues and concerns I had with my bike as well as my budget, not trying to up sale me, though he did give me multiple options, and took the time to go over items on my bike that would eventually need attention. I have an older Ghost FS 7 and it was in need of some attention. For a very reasonable price I picked my bike up the very next day and it is running better than it has in years. We are fairly new to the area and I can tell you Phat Tire Springdale will get all my business going forward, in large part due to Danny's knowledge and character.

I have an older full suspension bike that was in need of some attention. Taking it into the Springdale Phat Tire shop was the best decision. Danny Williams was great. He took the time not only to make sure my bike was working very well, but to answer my many questions and to give me direction for future maintenance as well as best route to take when upgrading to a new bike. There was absolutely no pressure and he gave me many options to best meet my budget. Being new to NWA it is great to know I have a place to take my bike where I know I will deal with honest, knowledgeable people whom I can trust.
