“This Sam's has THE best pharmacy team! They're all super on top of patient care. Not rushed. Happy to talk meds with you. I moved my prescriptions here solely *because* of the level of excellence the whole team provides. Doesn't hurt I was able to save some $$ here too but even then, they're my preferred spot to go!”

“This is a very well run, organized methodical pharmacy (which is rare!) . Very friendly women at the front desk when you walk in. They are also very well stocked on meds. I am on a medication that is considered a controlled substance and most cvs’ since moving down south do not ever have this in stock. This pharmacy always does. The two pharmacists (female and male) have been helpful and accommodating the couple of times I have come to pick up medications. Thank you!”
“When you are in a hurry or are just the type of person who likes to be able to get "in and out as quickly as possible shopping" this is the Neighborhood Market for just that! This is my preferred shopping experience!”

“This Sam's club offers different items not available at other locations, which is nice! It is extremely clean and everyone was helpful. I got home and realized I had left a few items in my cart and about an hour and a half later when I returned, only one of the two items were found outside where I left them. I stood at the return desk and spoke to Jamie and she helped make it right with some great customer service. Jamie went out of her way when she didn't have to, I really appreciate her and I will for sure be returning to this location due to the grade level of customer service.”
“Adam is a fantastic pharmacist he's been there for a long time and it's very knowledgeable. He doesn't rush you and he'll take as long as it takes for you to be clear about what you need to do and if you have any issues to contact him or if you have any reactions to any medication he will totally work with you and work with your doctor. He's been very helpful..”

“Absolutely hands down the best pharmacy! Matt and the other pharmacist are amazing and are ready to help with information and / or suggestions when asked about over the counter medications. We have used the pharmacy for many years . Recently, my husbands insurance forced him into using a different pharmacy. I continue to use Harp's for my prescriptions and am working to get my husband back with Harp's for his prescriptions.”

“Genoa has been our pharmacy for many years. I’ve two children on several meds each. Their school requires individual day packs and Genoa provides that. Plus they bring them directly to the school next door for me.I’ve always been treated above and beyond and always with a smile. During covid, they even offered to ship the meds to my home. I didn’t ask, they offered. They’ve made my life so much easier. I appreciate the whole team. In my opinion (and I’ve had business with a few pharmacies) they are the best.”

“Came to get two vaccines and I’m a weak one when it comes to needles. Would like to specially call out pharmacist Carl who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of well. He spoke to me and asked me questions to avoid passing out and when I started to feel like I was, he sat there with me, grabbed me a bottle of water and then still sat with me. His boss however, running the pharmacy, was pretty rude about him taking the time to take care of me, the customer, because that meant he couldn’t man the drive through line. Carl should be promoted to the managers position in my opinion. He did a much better job of taking care of their customer than his manager did or even tried. I’ll be a repeat customer as long as Carl is behind the counter. Thanks Carl!”
“Review is for their Pharmacy. The pharmacist and personnel are extremely polite, helpful, and fast. I've many times experienced having my prescriptions filled at wal Mart to be a pain. It takes forever, they're so busy I'm just another customer. I still go because it's convenient, affordable, and I'm a wal Mart fan. This Neighborhood market location it was complete different. I was sent here because my typical location was out. They were a bit warmer from the greeting to the final fill and each step between, even with issues of not having the prescription sent to them yet. The best part is, it's still very convenient, probably even more convenient now! For prescriptions, this is my store!”
“They are extremely kind and helpful. Only downside is no pick up window. The window you see is no for compounding. So don’t sit in that line. You can park and call and they will bring it out to you if need be. Parking for that is in the back.”
“I recently visited the Walmart pharmacy and was very impressed with their services. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions about my medications. The pharmacy was also very organized and efficient, with a short wait time for filling prescriptions. I appreciated the convenience of being able to pick up my groceries while waiting for my prescription. Overall, I highly recommend Walmart pharmacy for their excellent customer service and convenience”
