I’d like this mechanic a lot because when I need something done to get right to it they do it correctly never had a problem now they’re not super cheap and they’re not super expensive like I said they just get to it really quick and when they say they’re going to get it done it’s done I don’t have to worry about saying oh we’re gonna get it done tomorrow but then it takes two more days so I do like that a lot

First visit for an oil change & tire inflating. After the first service, the car had an engine problem and became non-drivable. Second visit to fix the engine problem. Another $1,000+ and it still has the same problem.
This is why people do not believe private repair shop. Mechanics like you guys are just scammers who make the reputation of car mechanics become worse.
If there is anyone reading this review, please do not visit this guys. They won't repair yours. They will destroy yours and make you keep spending money.
+ I knew my car had some problems, but I had it fixed before at another repair shop. It has had no problem at all since then. BUT on the day I visited you guys for "oil change", the engine did not start 30 min after your service. It never had a problem, but it started to have a problem after you. Then, who should I blame? And also, you changed the starter? I cannot even believe that too because IT IS NOT STARTING AT ALL.
When did you change your reply? haha As a previous customer, I just recommend people not to visit you. And you don't get my point. "After your service, my car started to have an engine problem which never happened before." Then, who should I blame? You keep mentioning that I decline the repair, but why would I want to repair if I have had no issue? Anyway, Thank you for the reply. I wish a good luck on your business :)

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the issue with my car and answer all my questions in a way I could understand. I brought my Land Rover in after warranty expired on several occasions. They are fair priced, friendly, and took care of the problem. If you must have a foreign car, this is the place to go!

Do not take your car to this place !!!After many years and multiple vehicles taken to them --- I now realize they are not only overpriced and egocentric but they have no idea what they are doing. Same issues over and over again and it's never their fault and they refuse to take responsibility for their own actions after getting paid handsomely. Their good employees have left and now you're fortunate enough to deal with the incompetent owners son. What a nightmare this place has become! Ask yourself this- why do they only work on older cars ? Because no manufacture will allow them to do warranty work! There is your answer!Go to the dealer - cheaper and more effective in the long run. These guys are specialists in BS!Do not waste your time and /or give these guys your money!

Ozark Imports has serviced several of our imported autos for a variety of repairs & maintenance. The work is always done promptly, completely & professionally. They do not try to upsell you on unnecessary work. The front desk personnel are also very good. They are honest about what needs to be done as well as what does not require service .
