Ordered a torque converter. Opened it up at the counter and it was completely different than my
Core. It was the wrong part in the right box. Ok it happens. The employee ordered me another one and it came in promptly the next morning.
Next week I need another torque converter and I order it in at the Rogers location. Of course the Springdale hub supplies the part and sends it their way. I arrive at Rogers to find the wrong torque converter in the right box. The exact same one I already had an issue with in Springdale. They decided they should just tape it closed and try again. Wasting my time over and over again. Part of me knew it was going to happen because the staff had no clue as to what they were doing. After he ordered me the replacement that day in Springdale he asked me what I wanted to do with the wrong one? I said it’s the wrong part you need to send that back and he just kind of shrugged it off.

You going to have a phone number then answer. Trying three different times on a Saturday is not acceptable. Not good to ring and ring and ring. I can go to another auto parts store.

I've used O'Reilly's before I could drive and everywhere I've ever lived there was one near by. Always my first place for parts!

I hate to even give a star for there effort. I suppose the star will be worth being able to have the lights on. I went for a part that they didn’t have so I ordered it. It came in on Thursday I picked it up on Friday. Now I got to put the part together on the truck and had the wrong part. The part wasn’t verified by me that it was correct. I trusted the part would be the right one as it looked to be the same shape when I got home. So now I’m stuck looking for a part else where. I will never do business with them again as this seems to be a common thing. I will stick to another place that has better customer service. Oreilly store 306

I've been an O'reilly customer for decades. These stores have degraded to the point that I literally look up everything I need online before going to the store and screen shot the parts to try and get the right thing within a decent amount of time in the store. Today I walk in, see 3 employees talking at the counter. I go to where a Dorman help item I need should be but can't find it. As I walk to the counter 2 of the 3 scatter leaving a young man that cannot understand that I'm working on a custom car and I already have the part/item numbers for what I need. Literally he is on the front counter alone now. Tells me it's his 2nd day. Phone ringing off the hook with no one answering. I see other employees in the back. After 10 minutes of him looking and going back and forth to the back, I finally ask 1 of them to help. He says he has to finish what he's doing. They eventually find 1 item but cannot find the other that shows to be in stock. Not the young man's fault that he's left alone to fend for himself but it is a totally ridiculous situation. The manager at this store should be ashamed of the total lack of employee concern for a customer. I feel sorry for this young man just trying to make a living. I went to their competitor down the street and have what I needed and was gone in under 5 minutes. I give up on O'Reilly Auto.

All good, just that the spare parts are very expensive and do not offer variety to be able to choose one a little cheaper
