There’s something scuzzy and not completely legal (assumption) going on with this place. I don’t know who to contact but it’s one thing after another the entire time we’ve had this pos car. Then they charge us every other month for insurance when we already have it through State Farm and have proven this multiple times. Should also mention the car barley runs, the owner has staff who are incompetent and apparently don’t even know how to file paperwork properly. Now they are trying to milk us for even more $. This place needs shut down. Roman the owner needs investigated. The dim witted front desk chick needs a lesson on manors and organization. BUYERS BEWARE

Despite all the bad reviews. I really love my buy. My little blue scion tc has really done me justice. God bless all the less unfortunate. As it states in all the paper work. Vehicle is as is. Compared to the one I did business with in the past. I would still come back to these people again and again. They are good people. Thank you NWA Auto!

I hate this place. I haven't had my car for more than 3 months and I've already had to put over 1500 dollars into, when I asked them to help make a plan with my payments they wouldn't budge an inch, and i have made every payment on time with this car. DO NOT BUY HERE.

good luck explaining to these people on their shitty work on what need to be fixed, or re-fixed in my case. i've told them that it is steering more to the left and showed them the alignment shim weren't tight enough and has come lose. so if you are reading this stay away from this place they will do shitty work and you will deny it to a f****** fault. please stay a- fucking-way from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
