They had a spot for me just when I needed it. I'm absolutely sure they'll have one for you! Customer service is great. Strict. But that's what I want around my things when I'm not in attendance.

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Did they store my belongings? Yes. Were my belongings secure? No. Despite the fact that this company has cameras ALL over the compound, I still had approximately $4000 worth of my belongings TAKEN. MyStorage stated that because I removed my belongings on Jan. 1, 2023, They would NOT file a insurance report for the belongings stolen during November. So, if you are ok with storing your belongings in an unsecure location where you are okay with everything you have being stolen, then THIS is the place to go! Worthless.

We had 4 units: 3 climate controlled and 1 not.Yes like other reviewers, it is a clean looking secure unit. We had no complaints until we moved into our new home. Our home items were in storage for 8 months and my husband went by a few times to see them. The 3 star comes when we brought our boxes home with a mover. As we opened our boxes we found the packing paper shredded and used to make mouse homes with this cotton material that resembles what comes from a full dryer went.Also mouse dripping in things. Many boxes were like this. Some of our stuff was damaged from their chewing on items such as our formal napkins, clothes and even 2 pairs of my leather boots were chewed in spots. I unrolled our large den rug and as I rolled the last foot I screamed cause I thought it was a mice but a good sized mice bed their gray color. What’s worse I opened my kitchen pantry today to find they are NOW in my house!!! No we did not store food.They obviously use other things for food.This has been a huge hassle along with the cost of some damage. The Storage Unit does nothing for incidents like this. BummerThey say they have no insurance but can not imagine that. We wish this on no one. Hope all have better luck.

This is absolutely the best storage unit on the east side of Springdale. It is secure, clean, and safe storage in a convenient location. The rates are good and staff is friendly. I will be a long time customer! Thank you!
