Friendliest dealership in Springdale. I came in and spoke with Cody Isaacs again very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their vehicles. I recommend to anyone to come in and talk to him.

So I bought a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 2 Door around the 4th of July. Worked out all the details with the salesman over the phone. He told me that there was a standard charge for wheel locks and a safety light feature of $699. I told him I did not want those accessories and He informed me that I had no choice. I reluctantly agreed to the terms of the unnecessary features and we made a deal. I pulled my trailer 250 miles to pick up the vehicle and loaded it up and drove another 250 miles home (500+ miles total). When I got home I noticed that the unnecessary features I reluctantly purchased were not installed on my Jeep. I contacted my salesman to let him know and He assured Me that they would cover the cost by sending Me a check. A month later, and after several requests asking when my reimbursement check would be sent, my salesman told Me they would reimburse my finance company to reduce my principal. Two weeks later I followed up with the Salesman and He informed Me that his Sales Manager said I could come in to get the unnecessary equipment installed at the dealership. I told Him I wasn’t going to put 500+ miles on my new Jeep to get the unnecessary accessories that I didn’t even want installed in the first place put on the vehicle. McClarty-Daniel expects me pay for “standard dealer” accessories even if they’re not on the vehicle. Disgruntled to say the least.
Update: Received a reimbursement check.

Amazing place with great people ready to help! never bought a car at a dealership but Franklin took the time to educate me on the process and showed me some options i would be able to get! had family issues pop up but i will definitely be back when the time is right.

My Service Advisor, Radlee Bien, did an outstanding job handling the repairs that were needed to be done on my vehicle. He is very pleasant to deal with and kept me apprised of developments as they arose. I would commend him for the great customer service that he provided.
