We purchased a Lazy boy reclining sofa from Mathis Brothers in 2021. February 2024 the one side quit reclining. It was under warranty. After 4 visits from there repair service guys I had enough. Called the store in Springdale. The manager there was so rude. Told them I wanted my money back. She said all they could do was repair it. Really. You haven't repaired it in 4 visits. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS HERE. I have spent more than a dozen hours talking with customer service regarding multiple issues. Multiple times I have been told one thing by a sales associate, to be told something else by customer service.Additionally, despite what any sales associate may tell you, they will not take returns on purchased mattress if you're unhappy with your purchase.

Shawn at Mathis Outlet in Springdale, AR, was excellent to work with as we were shopping for an adjustable bed. We looked at several places and purchased from Mathis because of Shawn’s expertise.

I would strongly advise you shop somewhere else, especially if you're looking for Purple products. They don't honor any manufacturer warranty or trial. Once you open it, it's yours. I don't see any reason you would ever shop here, just buy online.

Bought a Purple mattress from them and absolutely love it. Got it delivered in a couple of days (expected a longer wait with it being a holiday week) and got exactly what we ordered. Sales team helped us get in and out quickly. Nice place to lie down on a Purple before you decide to buy one.

Salesman was nice and knowledgeable when purchasing. We live a few hours away and they only come to our area once a month so we knew there would be a wait. Delivery day that we were told came and no delivery. Call from delivery man that night confirming delivery for the next day. When delivered the next day they didn’t bring our accessories that we ordered for the bed (said they forgot them). We were told they would ship them to us. Called the salesman after they left and were promised a call back the next day b/c the office was closed. Nothing. Waited a week and still nothing. Called the office and they said they would call by the end of the day with tracking number for shipping. Nothing. Next day we called again and were told they would bring it down here on Friday. It’s now Friday and still nothing. Were supposed to call with delivery time. Called again. Now we’re being told it got to their warehouse today and that they can’t bring it to us until the 28th. When confronted with the LIES she didn’t care. Said they can’t ship anything to us, it’s against their policy. Also, on delivery ticket it shows money we put down on the bed and the total financed. Numbers don’t match up!! It shows we put down $139.00 less than what we gave them. Will NEVER buy from this store again!!!

Do not shop here. If you put a deposit down, and later decide to purchase elsewhere, they will tell you that you will get a refund, but getting your refund is a nightmare, if not impossible. The store rarely, if ever, answers the phone and the home office is a bunch of idiots who can’t do anything right, and everyone blames mistakes on other departments. Just save yourself the hassle and the middle man, order your mattress directly from the manufacturer. You’ll save yourself time and frustration and probably money as well.

Dalton and Noah were absolutely amazing!! They walked us through the entire process of buying a new mattress, let us try everything out for hours, and helped us pick out the perfect pillows! Both my husband and I have had the best sleep ever with our new mattress!! Thank you Dalton and Noah for everything!!

Highly recommend! Very helpful staff! If you haven't tried a Tempur-pedic bed yet then your back is really missing out. Great sales. The staff is knowledgeable. Made for a very pleasant experience overall!

I had the pleasure of working with Trella at Mathias Sleep center, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with her. From the moment I walked into the store, Trella greeted me warmly and asked me questions about what I was looking for. She listened carefully to my needs and preferences, then provided me with expert recommendations on the best furniture pieces to suit my style and budget. Throughout the entire process, Trella was extremely communicative and responsive, always keeping me updated on the status of my order and answering questions I had. Her product knowledge was truly impressive and she was able to provide me detailed information on the materials, construction, and features of each piece of furniture I was interested in. Overall, I had an excellent experience working with Trella and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for furniture.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had shopping at a furniture store. No stress, no pressure, and a friendly atmosphere. From the store manager to the sales people they are very knowledgeable and go over and beyond for the customer. I would leave 10 stars but there’s only 5.

I came to Mathis sleep yesterday afternoon to purchase a new Mattress. I was kindly greeted at the door by Tate Wilks. He went above and beyond to helping me find the mattress that will benefit my sleep the most through the night. He met all my wants and needs. We tried 4 different options and while all the beds are amazing, I choose the intellibed. It’s was the most comfortable bed with a great 25 year warranty. Tate gave a lot of insight on what to look for when buying a mattress! Superior service from Mathis Sleep! Will be a returning customer!!!
