We love this dry cleaner. Especially because they don't use heat seals on our clothing. I have had clothing items ruined by heat seals. I am so grateful this locally-owned business still does it the old-fashioned way. We always get great service and great results.

Wonderful, professional dry cleaning service with integrity. I don't think any business can please everyone but these folks definitely try. They are family owned, and their team has vast experience. We have used them for many years I never had a problem.

Been dong business with them for over nine years, the last couple of times they haven't been doing a good job. I took a dress, had to returned it back, took more than two weeks and still not clean. Didn't even refund my money back. For the last year or so the service has not been the same.

I've used this place for a couple years now. Clothes are ALWAYS ready the next day. I've never had an issue, never felt like I overpaid, and never spent more than a minute or two out front. Don't even need to get out of my vehicle. What more could you ask for out of a dry cleaner?

Beware of Benchmark dry-clean delivery trucks! During a previous ice storm a Benchmark truck wiped out my mailbox. I've called them over a dozen times and they are always nice and tell me that they'll have it replaced soon. It's been about 9 months now. I'm still calling. They tell me the mailbox is at their office and it's going to be put in soon. It's October now and my maibox is still held up with duct tape.
