I don't recommend this place. I paid for a car here and after I went to bring it back it was bad and I took it back... they said they would check it and after I went they told me that the transmission was bad... and that I should choose another one. . But they were more expensive... and I only had two cars to choose from. They gave me no options other than two cars. And I grabbed one that I thought would be good and it turned out really bad. I invested a lot of money in it. But since they didn't want to give me my money back... I had to take one of the two they gave me to choose from. You can't make deals with people like that.

These people will sell you junk. Bought a car from them and it has been driven less than 100 miles before transmission went out and is going to cost $9000. To fix all the things wrong with the vehicle. They are clearly in the business of robbing people of their hard earned money and not selling decent vehicles.

I bought a vehicle from here and have had to spend 2,000 in fixing an ac and engine and transportation mounts. If you decide to buy from here be aware that you might get screwed.

Easy to negotiate with. Drove down from Missouri to purchase a vehicle. Purchase price + work we had to put into it after the purchased it brought us to a fair asking overall price. Would do business here again. Ask for Adolpho!

This business is not good to buy your car from ! Believe me !They sold us the most messed up car ever ! Leaving me stranded with my 4 kids 2 days after giving birth !! We had an agreement that they’d give us a good car to get me by! But since we’ve got it we’ve had so many issuesFrom a radiator that they covered up with glue !To a MISSING motor mount & a completely broken one ! To having to replace the radiator, hoses & everything else you can think of !

Drive an hour to purchase a beautiful car that I had fallen in love with. When my husband (who is a mechanic) checked the car is was beautiful until.... he looked under the hood. NOT 1 DROP OF OIL ON THE DIPSTICK!!! THE STRUTS WERE SHOT, AND HAD A BAD BROKEN MOTOR MOUNT. All this after we were told it was the best car and it was absolutely perfect with no problems at all. All he could say was " I will put oil in it tomorrow for you". Thank God I took him with me or it might have ended badly. Don't waste your time or money.

Terrible !! Do not buy from here ! The car left me stranded the day I came home from the hospital with my newborn ! And once again left me stranded AGAIN on a highway ! They are not honest ! And he has a big attitude !! No compren de aquí ! El dueño de supone nos vendió un carro al 100 !! Le explicamos que era para mi y que yo manejo seguido con mis hijos. El carro nos dejó tirados el día que venía del hospital con mi bebé ! Unos meses después y otra vez me dejo tirada. No son honestos !!

Found one of their cars on Facebook, they insisted the car was perfect and to come test drive, drove an hour to get there, went inside, met with the owner and went to look at the car, while we were looking at it, he told me "the car runs and drives really good, I think you'll like it" and then handed me the keys and went inside his shop. Upon checking it out, I found it had a dead #2 cylinder and was burning coolant causing a bunch of smoke out the exhaust, not only that, but there was a major exhaust leak. Quickly went back inside and told him no thanks. I do not understand why people like this waste time of others. Wouldn't recommend to do business with them. No telling what else they're hiding in their other vehicles.

Do not buy a car from these people!!! I bought a car from the for $6k and 3 days later took it to my mechanic and was told the transmission was going out. Tried to speak with the owner and he wouldn’t try to help at all. As noises were getting worse, took car to dealership and was told it needed $14K worth of work to fix everything. I do not understand how people can sleep at night doing things like this to other!!!!!

This place was a total joke. Saw a car we loved, asked for the Carfax report, Adolfo sent it to us and we were sold. Drove 3 hours from Little Rock to Springdale with a check for 20K in our pocket to purchase car. Car had a cracked window (not visible on any photo online or sent to me) and it had been in a front end wreck which was NOT on the Carfax report. Total disappointment... understand Used Car lots are not always the best cause they are used but at least be honest a little bit.. and YES he was aware we were traveling 3 hours to purchase.. Only give them a star because you have to in order to make the review :-(

Drove from Little Rock to Springdale with hopes of getting the car that looked oh so good on the internet only to discover the car had been wrecked. AFter i asked the salesman had it been wrecked, he replied I don’t know. Seller was not honest at all up front. After my wife and I walked the entire lot trying to see merchandise. I realized just about every car on the lot looked like a lemon. I strongly suggest no one ever does business with LIBERTY AUTOMOTIVE in Springdale Ar
