This is the ONLY KFC in NWA that does a fantastic job of great-tasting, large pieces of chicken, is clean, and has fresh sides. I've used this restaurant for 25+ years and have never been disappointed. Hope it never sells ownership!

These employees are horrible! They have the lobby locked at 8 and it says they lock at 10! They wouldn’t use my coupon said they can’t scan it, they wouldn’t offer any good service and it took them forever to answer drive thur and come to the window.

Crazy world we live in I think its even more crazy that she’s posting a 17 year old all over social media to get clout and said that I texted her at 3am threatening her ?♂️?♂️whatever makes her sleep at night ig! But my whole 3 years of working there I always had customers come in throwing drinks trying fight me, they Even tried slapping me but I refunded this girl and told her have a good night she stood there trying to argue with me to make her video look good so I did what anyone else would do when someone puts a camera in your face! And saying that I threatened her when 4k people seen the video is a little crazy that could of been anyone ‼️@kat johnson @kj or who ever but that report

KFC has the best tasty & tender chicken that we have eaten . Their pot pie is one of my favorites. The crust is always light and cooked to the desirable heat for you to eat and it's a meal in itself .

Horrible horrible place to eat. Staff was straight. But they stay 2 stoned to get stuff done. I had to drive 20 miles 2x cause they messed up my order. Then got home and didn’t even eat it. I don’t usually make posts like this, especially since I have a soft spot for the service industry…. But the “manager” at KFC on Thompson in Springdale has me LIVID this evening.After a memorial event for my nephew tonight, I drove through KFC to pick up a family meal. I ordered the family meal and 2 additional pieces of chicken. (Sidenote: 2 chicken legs is an additional $8 in this economy if you’re wondering ?).Upon getting back to my house, I realized that they hadn’t given me the two extra pieces of chicken that I ordered. I also realized that one of the six pieces I did receive still had FEATHERS on it.I made a call to the location to tell them about the error. After telling the manager about the mistake and the feathers, all he said in response was “Ain’t no way there are feathers on it”. I assured him that I was looking at the chicken and there were indeed feathers on it. He just kept repeating “Ain’t no way. Ain’t no way”. Finally, I asked if he was accusing me of lying and told him I didn’t appreciate that accusation. He replied “I ain’t calling you a liar, but you’re not telling the truth.” He then told me if I wanted a refund I could come back there, and hung up on me as I was asking for his district manager’s contact info.On the way back up there, I reached out to the Sunset location and asked if they happened to share a district manager and if they could provide me with appropriate contact info. He said they don’t have the same management and he couldn’t help me.When I arrived at the Thompson location, the manager was on the phone with the Sunset manager and I overheard him say “yeah. She’s here right now” as he walked past me and didn’t acknowledge me.He returned and without saying anything, handed me cash (I paid by card).I asked him to acknowledge the feathers on the chicken and he attempted to gaslight me and tell me there were no feathers. When I asked what they were if not feathers, he told me to leave, pretended as if he was going to THROW the chicken at me and threatened to call the police. He then came around from the counter and bowed up to me, walking into my personal space and telling me to “just get out”… but not before calling me BROKE for wanting my money back for the food I didn’t receive.I’m blown away y’all. Maybe because I don’t usually make complaints. But this didn’t have to escalate like this at all. All he had to do was say “sorry about that, let us make it right.”I sincerely hope KFC reconsiders who they think is management material. I have the full video but can only upload photos here.

My experiences with this one haven’t been good for the past 2 years, consistently getting orders wrong, atrocious wait times, the driest chicken this side of arkansas and lazy service. I wouldn’t recommend this KFC to an anorexic dog. You know what, I wouldn’t even recommend the food here to a starving third world country, please save yourselves from getting a face full of chicken with the consistency of sand at a playground that kids literally piss and vomit into. If you are reading this and are still gonna eat there, then please, may god have mercy on your starving soul. (I want the owner of KFC to react to this review like this *picture*) jokes aside it sucks

Placed an order on the app and was told it would be ready around 8 p.m. I was still sitting there waiting for my food past 9 p.m and when I asked what was taking so long I was told they were “waiting on the cook” …. Waiting on the cook to do what? I just requested a refund and was told it would take a few days to get back on my card. Having to figure something else out for my kids and I at past 9 at night, thanks kfc!

You can’t order at 10:30 because they closed at 11 ( they get too lazy to cook more chicken) so they tell you they are out of chicken, rude and can’t even say that they are sorry, the only thing the guy said was ( we can’t make your order have a goodnight) more like ( I’m too lazy I don’t want to work)… I’m a general manager for and work in about 5 restaurants so definitely be telling everyone to avoid this location, I even called and asked for the manager and the manager said that they closed the fryer at 10??? So you serve people one hour old chicken “if you have some chicken left” 10/8/23

I am saddened to right this review. I came to the door there is no sign and I was instructed to go to the drive-thru speaker is not working. I drive up to the window I can see employees inside noting nothing and laughing. I honk my horn no one turns around. I honk a little louder. They finish their conversation and finally come to the window. They take our order and tell us pull around and they will bring it to us. While we waited we say an employee come to the door and curse a man out. We have been waiting 35 minutes for my husband to have to go to the door as we see them still enjoying their time at work doing nothing to ask them how much longer. They tell him to pull around. He reminds them he had been waiting. They tell us I got you. Its coming up. We waited another 20 mins. Patience is a vital but being taken advantage of is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed by your corporate team. I am ashamed to see this for you. No one should have to see so much unprofessional behavior and pay for a meal. Needless to say I will not be returning to be disrespected and ignored. Nothing is ever that good. Please get a team that will do better, it is of paramount importance at this point!
