Took excellent care of us when we got hit with a tornado. Sheila from Jan's office called the same day as the tornado to make sure we were all ok. She then followed up with us regularly after that to answer claim questions and make sure it was all going smoothly. Excellent customer service, felt valued as a client. Thank you!

Amanda is very knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt like I was rushed and every question was thoughtfully answered. When she noticed gaps or had questions, she called me and didn’t leave it for me to figure out. Amanda didn’t wait for me to call her for potential omissions, even though I’m confident she has numerous customers with many needs. Well done, Amanda.
Regarding the State Farm quote, it came in less than 2 other quotes solicited with the same coverage. Well done, State Farm.

We moved into our new home the day the storms and tornados hit our area our new home and vehicles received damage we were a bit overwhelmed to say the least our agent Shelia and the entire staff at Jan Phillips Agency worked to help us get everything repaired during these tuff times it was a relief to have there team assist us to get repairs and claims taken care of . I’d like to thank Jan Taldo for her exceptional customer service today. She helped me with updating my home owners insurance to be sure I had the correct coverage. I have been with State Farm many years and I have always been able to contact Jan and she’d return my call and help me through any questions that I had. She even called me on a Sunday after the May 26 tornado that hit the Rogers area. I have never had an insurance company do that for me! I really appreciate her caring attitude and friendliness.
I wish other companies had great employees like Jan.

Had an annual policies review with Jan Taldo. We went over my Homeowner and Auto policies. Jan explained what coverages were available that I don't currently have and what I could change to reduce my premiums. Very satisfactory meeting. Jan is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of insurance.

I want to thank Jan Phillips' assistant, Sheila Hall, for helping me navigate my insurance claim after my house fire. She has been there with me all the way, and I appreciate her help so much! She checked in with me asking what she could do to help me immediately after seeing another claim from me for tornado damage come across her desk.
