Though the rooms are a little outdated, they're kept extremely clean!Rooms: ⁶. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Fantastic front desk service: If you need towels, toilet paper, etc., they'll have it you within five minutes.Nearby activities: Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks, Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, tons of shopping for all interests, and it's close to plenty of Springdale's great restaurants!Safety: There are a lot of out-of-town contract laborers that stay at the motel. I've never had an issue, other than 'cat calling'; however I've just ignored them.Walkability: Walking around the motel is a pleasure! The owner is quite the gardener! She has containers EVERYWHERE!As far was walking to dinner or a movie? No, nothing is "walk-friendly" in the area.Food & drinks: There are no drinks or food available here. But, again, each room has a refrigerator and microwave. So... BYOB- Bring Your Own BusinessesNoteworthy details: Close to everything you may need.Great rates.Comfy beds.Nice, big TVs.Clean rooms.Awesome staff.

My pillow case had black dog hair all over it definitely hadn't been washed the ice bucket also had black dog hair all in it disgusting

Very noisy neighbors a few roaches... The picture was hanging crooked and when I tried to straighten it it fell off the wall and there was a hole cut in the wall... Comfortable bed though!

Anything and everything can always be a little better but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room they have surely improved their rooms and I would definitely stay there again

Dirty and rude employees, they enter rooms without permission. Things are broken throughout the tiniest of rooms that smell and have bugs. The wifi doesn't work and you can't get cell phone reception inside the rooms even with a personal service provider and unlimited plan. Hated it wouldn't recommend my dog stay there!!!

Wonderful experience. Clean rooms. Very understanding staff/mngr/owner? Dirty little secret, they rooms where smoking was allowed. (Cold season maybe) would recommend...?

The service is horrible! If you dont have customers you dont have a business. Didnt ask how our stay was, no free breakfast-need update their ad. No sign posted of going in lobby. He actually talk to me like dog of get out, get out. The rooms could use a lot of updating. Shade over lamps tore up. The bathtub nozel fell off while turning water on. The refridgerater not plugged in. The air conditioner you could not read to know thermostat. And lastly the picture in ad is not of Hill Top, it's of Journeys Inn. I would not recommend this hotel unless just want to party and don't care! Im ashamed to call this business part of Northwest Arkansas! Good luck!
