Replaced my screen fast, which was nice if at a high price of $300. First screen had issues and required replacing within 45 days. The phone itself started acting quirky as in the touch screen started acting off. The replacement screen has the same issues. A customer in there and I started talking and they said they knew 2 people that their phones were messed up after screen replacement and never were the same again. I'm unsure if the act of replacing them just causes issues or if the repairer does but I do know even with a cracked screen my phone behaved correctly.

Never knew this was a whole sale place to buy phones plus they never told me I was buying a used phone at the price of a new one. iPhone 13 Pro Max. IDE rather use android. I will never go back to this store

I took my Samsung galaxy z fold 4 on Thursday and they told me I needed 2 batteries. Which cost between 130 and 250 dollars because the display could break when you open it. So I returned on Saturday to leave my cell phone for repair and they told me that I had to pay 39 + taxes for the diagnosis. After 2 days they told me that they couldn't fix it so I took it to a specialized Samsung workshop. So I paid 43 dollars for nothing because they don't repair these types of phones.

Travis helped me when other repair shops couldn't. No hassles, overnighted the part and fixed my shattered z fold 3 screen in less than an hour, looks like brand new!! Reasonable price and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend!

Spoke to Cody on the phone. Said he had several of the models I called about for the price he advertised in stock. When I drove to the store the next day the young lady there told me they'd been out of that model phone for weeks. She offered me several other higher priced items. I refuse to fall for bait & hook. Poor way to do business.

I live about 45 minutes away but it was worth the drive. Had taken my phone with to another C.ell P.hone R.epair location in Rogers and all it had was a broken screen. Go to pick it up an hour and a half later and it showed no service. The guy proceeds to tell me it didn't have a SIM told him that is not right because it did. He opened the SIM holder and there it is. Then he says it could be that the screen was service specific, it was not. Then says it could need the cables inside reattached. I leave it overnight due to it not even registering as charged. The next day i call and they had looked into it again and said they changed out the charging port but that didnt fix it but put my old screen back on and it was chargung fine so it must be the screen. I asked if i could take ot somewhere else. He said if i can find someone with the screen in stock then he will refund my money and i can go there. That was the one good thing he did really.All of that to say the people at HG Cellular were phenomenal. I needed my phone in order to get pictures together for my grandpas memorial video for his obituary. I honestly thought the previous place had really ruined my chance at getting my phone repaired. Travis took it to the back and began to work on it. I was told he was putting the new screen on and then we would know if everything was working right. It was, shockingly. He told me that he changed out the charging port and the SIM port since they are on the same board. He then shows me my old battery and said that it was pried out with a tool and damaged, which is not good. He replaced the battery and the phone is good as new. On top of that it did not take long at all for this repair. I was expecting around 2 hours but it was under that for sure.Thank you all at HG Cellular. If i need another repair i will definitely be making the drive back to you all.

This store was a nice place to sell old, in suitable smart devices. I had an excellent experience, and customers visiting the store were pleasant also.

front screen was broken & they replaced it for a reasonable price! thankful for em fr got it back the same day b4 they closed.they even set me up with a glass screen protector! felt super blessed

All around excellent experience. I shattered the back glass on an iPhone and needed it replaced. HG had what I needed in stock and were able to finish the repair the same day within an hour and a half of me dropping off the phone. Not only that, they had several actual Apple OEM options in stock for me and their prices beat everyone else I checked. I shopped around a bit before going to HG and ultimately am extremely happy with my decision to choose them.

Both customer service as well as services provided were exceptional. I had a microphone replaced in my galaxy and have had no issues since. Can't even tell they were in the phone. Price was reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend.

I bought my MacBook Pro from these guys about 2 years ago and they were nothing but awesome to me. Every once in a while, my mac will have an issue and they’ll fix it every time. Super friendly, and assist you with anything you need done.
