Good company, glad they’re local for certain products Lowes etc does not keep. However the people who help you, load you and run the company are typically too busy eating there lunch behind the counter or texting to help answer your questions.

I Went to the store to look for a concrete diamond blade for an equipment I borrow from a friend. Since I don't own it I had questions regarding the type of blade I needed. The salesman that "helped " me had a very bad attitude. I made questions and he seemed that it bothered him. I don't understand the people who get this type of job and hate to deal with people.Next time I will avoid him. Too bad they don't have a tag name

COMPLETE jerks. Workers were insanely rude arrogant. Not giving them my business again. Should probably look at getting some new employees because I have talked to many people who have all said the same thing.

When we walked in no one greeted us or ask if we needed help. We had to approach them an they acted like they were doing us a favor by helping us. We bought wooden stakes 1x2x36-100 of them which are from so d*** reason were stored outside. So we will have to let them dry out before we can use them to write on. The experience sucked will not be using WhiteCap for any of our future needs
