I go to Cheryl for my balayage and haircut and she is amazing! I was trying to change up my look last summer since having a child and she encouraged me to try something new and dramatic (while also practical) and it turned out amazing! Since then, I've only let her touch my hair. I always appreciate her suggestions and our conversations.

My daughter spent $300 for a hair coloring (brought several pictures to show what she wanted). She was assured by Jodi that she could do it....my daughter left in tears. Not only was she unprepared for the $300, which she paid with no problem, but she was super upset about the hair not being a color she was assured to get, and it was faded within a week. My daughter has had her hair lightened to the silver color before and knows not to wash your hair every day, and the appropriate hair care and she did that but the color she got did not stay. It was an upsetting experience, so just be careful bringing in pictures of what you want and be in guarantee that they can do that because that is not always the case, and especially the high price for not being satisfied. Just doesn't seem like good business :(

They are very strict about their cancellation policy, which they ask you to sign on your first visit. My daughter had an appointment, and her flight was delayed. I called to explain the situation, which was out of our control; however, they charged me anyway. I am not returning to a place that can't accommodate unpredictable events.Service: Hairstyling

I am not one to write bad reviews, but with the amount of disrespect and dishonesty I received I cannot stay still and quiet. By Federal Law it states, "A person shall not sell or issue a gift certificate, a store gift card, or a general use prepaid card that is subject to an expiration date earlier than two years from the date of issuance or sale of the gift certificate, store gift card, or general use prepaid card." - Gift Cards and Gift Certificates Statutes and Legislation (ncsl.org) Being told that I cannot use my gift card simply because it had been a year and therefore "expired" without any written evidence was so baffling. Then being asked why I had not come sooner to use the card was an invasion of my private life and a plain rude question to ask a customer. The irony of it all was that she was able to see my balance left on the card on her system and refused to honor it because she changed the method of gift card payment. Obviously, this salon cares no more for its customer service than it does for the cash they receive. Even if they were to ask me to come back, I would prefer not to.

Didn't get at ALL what I asked for and when I bought $50 shampoo, they don't accept returns or product exchanges. Not very user friendly if you ask me. Save yourself the time and money and go to Fayetteville!!

This place provides me with my monthly girl time and Melissa always takes care of me. Totally recommend even if you have to fight traffic from Fayetteville.

This review has been over two years in the making. I hesitated ever saying anything and just wanted to let it go. But here we are and I still think about it. In 2019, I was diagnosed with a rare disease and spent the next 5 months in the hospital - four months of that was in the ICU on a ventilator. In an effort to save my life, I was given a chemotherapy drug that subsequently caused me to lose all of my hair. After I was released, my hair began to grow back and I unfortunately started to grow a mullet. My regular stylist had moved while I was hospitalized so I had to find someone new. I saw an ad on FB for a stylist at Haven and made an appointment. The salon was very nice, bright and clean. All of the staff was huddled at the front desk when I came in which was a little intimidating, but they dispersed and I was shown to a chair. I explained what had happened and what I wanted done. After my color was applied, I was sent to another chair to wait so my stylist could start working on another client. I must admit - this is a pet peeve of mine. Being sent out of the way to wait until the stylist comes back to me is not my preference. After she finished my cut and color, she began to style my hair-- admittedly difficult as my hair was still quite short. She fluffed it out like a hair style of a much older woman. Then she stood behind the chair, looked at me through the mirror, listing off what we could do once my hair grew back because, and I quote, "Nobody wants hair that looks like this." I was devastated. I quietly paid my bill, went out to my car and cried on the drive home. I don't want a do-over. I am not interested in returning to this salon. What I do want, is the next time you have someone in your chair, please take the time to think about what that person needs to hear. Be empathetic. Be supportive. Be kind. I have my first hair appointment since this experience this weekend at a new salon. I'm nervous, but hopeful, that I will be treated better than I was at Haven.

Gabby is terrible at hair and needs her license revoked. Do not go to her unless you want to leave disappointed. She does not care at all about her clients. Very unprofessional. The owner will file police reports against you for posting bad reviews on social media as well so beware! They are very immature, unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility. The owner will even call your job. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

I absolutely love Haven Salon and Spa! I have been coming here ever since I moved to NWA and I am obsessed. The atmosphere is so fun and relaxed! Everyone is so friendly and the stylists are amazing. I love seeing Lindsey every 8 weeks- she makes me feel beautiful every time I leave the salon.
