Went to the deli to get some lunch meat, we ask for 1lb of turkey cut falling apart the lady behind the counter said there was some already cut, but that wasn't the cut we liked so the lady didn't believe us so walked around the counter to look and seen there wasn't. She acted like it was putting her out so we just left.

Don't believe them if they say it's in stock. Coz they won't have it! And they won't care!! And the manager, Brian Lamb, will be snarky when you let him know that you drove a long way for an item due to incorrect information. But apparently saying the person who told you they have an item in stock was uncaring is a worse offense than lying about having something!?! WoW! Coz seriously, if they cared they might go look first! Sad. I don't think the customer is always right - but when a store employee is wrong an apology would be appreciated!! And it's FREE!! A good attitude costs nothing!! PS - the sweet gentleman in the meat department was a jewel!! Very apologetic and helpful!! Really concerned and acted more like a manager than the manager!! Went immediately to make sure folks knew they were out (and had been for 2 weeks)! Kudos to him!! So sorry he has to work for a j***** Upped my score from Negative 5 for GM's attitude to 2 just because of this kind, professional man! I'm glad this is not my closest store!! I've had other problems here (refused to honor pricing on their marquee sign!!). I think I'll be taking this location off my go-to list... moving them to the naughty list!! And lastly - don't expect a response from corporate if you take the time to tell them about a problem! - waited weeks to post this to see if they'd respond. I asked them to contact me when I filled out the online comment form!! Crickets .... Shame on them!!

This pharmacy used to be 5 stars but because of loss of personal service it's now only 3 stars. It's a shame.

Wow. I now understand why their parking lot is always empty. This store has the most hateful, rude staff I have encountered. Night manager Gerald (Jeremy) is rudeness personified. I called the store with an inquiry this morning and before I had even gotten one word out, this low level, uneducated clod cut me off and hung up. I truly had not even said ONE word yet in the conversation. He made an assumption based on prejudice and chose to behave like an idiot. Not very well done Harps. But it does explain your empty lot. I hope Walmart eats you alive and leaves you all jobless.

Young "pharmacists" who really like to misuse their power. If you like abuse go here. I guess , they dish out plenty. Want a competent pharmacy , keep looking. Looking for examples of incompetent "pharmacist" go here. They are doctors you know, they know it all.and Shelly will lie to your FACE. Good thing Grady is gone or he would fire these jerks. He didn't let people get treated poorly in HIS STORE. RIP GRADY LAMB.

The pharmacists here have been great! I’ve received good counsel on how to take my meds, they’re quick to fill my prescriptions, they try to help keep my cost down, and I’ve never had them relate to me in any way other than professional and courteous.
