Razor was blind from glaucoma
Dr Holmes removed the eye and it was easy recovery. Now i have a sweet happy dog.
Razor has adjusted so well.

We just adopted a 6 y/o Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that was getting too old for breeding. At her first visit to Hancock Veterinary Services she received wonderful care including the staff being cautious of her anxiety. Additionally, the staff was great about discussing the treatment options and was upfront with the costs. We've used Hancock since we moved to NWA three years ago. I've always been pleased with the quality of care our dogs receive there.

Spent a lot of money just to be told they didn't know what was wrong with my puppy. They also fail to mention what is included in what, then they hit you with the big bill. Luckily I finally found what was wrong with my puppy after going somewhere else. Never bringing my pets here again.

I brought my dog to Hancock recently, we haven’t been in a while because it’s out of the way but the last time I went I remember them being so amazing. This time, however it was kind of a nightmare. Holmes was my assigned vet, he looked at my dog with allergies and said “it’s fleas” didn’t look, just assumed and tried to shove some flea meds in my face. My dog very obviously does not have fleas, he has an entirely white chest and belly- you’d be able to see them- Holmes said “sometimes dogs can have them and you won’t see any evidence” WHAT- WRONG- I spent SEVERAL hours looking but couldn’t find a single thing. Secondly they will give you meds for your dog which is great but they do not inform you of any side effects. Google is significantly more helpful than them. It’s wild. The ladies at the desk were 10/10 but Holmes specifically is 0/10 I’d request the other vet and save yourself the hassle.
He’s pretty arrogant and will try and argue they have the best script prices which not only wrong but easy to find out in your own. I’d suggest chewy bc they won’t try and talk to you like you’re dumb. Anyways- the desk ladies save them from 0 stars.
Also heads up! If they give your dog a steroid shot they will need to be taken out like every other hour and they can develope incontinence (which they will NOT warn you about) pray it’s temporary or im going to lose it.

They have the best prices when having your pup spayed. She had a baby teeth still intact and they called me first to see if I wanted to have it extracted or not. The vet called me after surgery was done and said everything had gone smoothly which I really appreciated. Front desk was also very friendly.

Hancock veterinary services is the best vet clinic in Springdale I would take my dog to and the only 1 I would trust the experiences I had with them I was super satisfied super happy ? and worth the money would recommend them to anybody

They are the best place I’ve ever been. My sassfasacle has Severe anxiety and hates the vets. But she does not mind the ladies up there. They are always very nice and kind to her. I really appreciate them. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.
