Genoa has been our pharmacy for many years. I’ve two children on several meds each. Their school requires individual day packs and Genoa provides that. Plus they bring them directly to the school next door for me.I’ve always been treated above and beyond and always with a smile. During covid, they even offered to ship the meds to my home. I didn’t ask, they offered. They’ve made my life so much easier. I appreciate the whole team. In my opinion (and I’ve had business with a few pharmacies) they are the best.

I called them last week to have them mail out my prescriptions bc I’m having car trouble. They said ok absolutely no problem. Now 5 DAYS later I call to find out when it was mailed out bc I have not received my 5 medications and she says oh darn it wasn’t sent out. SERIOUSLY???? Do you people not understand what it does to a patient when they cannot rely on you to do your job correctly??? What it does to the patients when they run out of there meds bc of incompetence??

Genoa pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever had. They are very friendly ,and remember you after you get prescriptions a couple times. They are very fast and accurate. They even send you a bday card

I still go to Ozark Guidance because they accept my medicaid, but the pharmacy (which is a franchise and OGC doesn't run it) is absolutely awful. I recently figured out that I can still go to Ozark Guidance but I can change to another pharmacy, that's actually legit. Genoa will close down at certain times without notifying their patients. I had to use one of my Emergency Room visits because they shut down randomly to go to a barbecue out front that the building was having. Yes, just a bbq. They shut down during snow and ice, so don't expect to get your medication if that's happening. They can be really rude over the phone, and I would recommend an actual, legitimate pharmacy.
