Pulled in at 12:14pm and guy was outside telling cars they were closed. I said y'all are normally open on Saturdays till 12:30pm and he told me "No, we have been closing at 12 for some time now.... I know for a fact that just last Saturday or the one before I didn't make it by Noon to the one downtown and came over to Sunset one and they clearly were open till 12:30,!!! Guess ya changed your hours? for some time now!! ?

A few months ago we had our attorney create a living trust. Upon his recommendation we visited with Nathan Nailing, SVP and Trust Officer and designated First Security as our Successor Trustee, having no other account relationships with the bank. Last week we went to the bank to purchase a cd. We met with Retail Banking Specialist Sherry Bahena Garcia, who was very cordial and helpful. However, since we wanted the cd titled to our trust, she was evidently under the constraints of the bank's legal department at the home office. We thought that was strange since thet had very knowledgeable people in their Trust Dept. right up the street. They wouldn't accept out Trust Certificate unless we provided them with some additional documentation. It turned out to our favor because we went to Bank OZK, who not only accepted our trust documents, but offered an additional half percent interest. If you need trust services, First Security might be your bank, but if you want a cd, I would recommend you try another bank.

I don’t understand how they don’t open lobby on Saturdays like it used to be. Us that work And gets off until 4:30pm we can’t go to the bank during the week since they closed at 5pm!! Lobby needs to be open again on Saturdays.

I have been with First Security Bank for many years. Their service has always been exceptionally good. Nathan Bahena has been over and above when it comes to helping me with little or big issues. Thank you First Security on Sunset Ave., and Nathan Bahena for providing excellent banking service!

6 times now I’ve had transfer issues!! 4 accounts! 13 yrs there. For the first time I am now searching for a new bank!! This is unacceptable!

This bank is a joke. The tellers are rude and they don't offer services that literally every other bank offers. Like cashing your PAYCHECK without a hold for several days. In-state check, no reason for it. Then they are rude and suggest we do our banking at Walmart! Go to any other bank... ANY other bank.

Went to the window, to get a voided check. Someone answered the window but then ignored me for 10 minutes and I had to go inside, I have a broken foot and the lady was rude and it was like she wanted us to know she was there but ignored us as she helped other people at the other windows even though we was there first. Disrespectful employees, with bad attitudes. I will drive the extra 10 miles to go to the other one across town who are nice.

Tellers here are the best. Super funny and make me feel comfortable. Looks like they are always busy but they get the job done.
