I’m from another state and just moved here. All the reviews are correct. This place is amazing. They guys immediately went to change my oil and even took a step further and added air to all my tires. I was in and out within 10-20 mins. And as a woman I’m always weird about mechanical shops but that was t the case here. They treated me fairly. Definitely my go-to place now that I’m here permanently

The guys here are very friendly and provide great service. I had an issue with a skid plate getting loose, and Michael was kind enough to get it secured and didn't even charge me a penny!! If I lived nearby and not in Conway, I would continue going to this shop for any services I need. Thanks for your help.

My husband took his ram in to get the oil changed today, checked it this afternoon & it is low. Looked at the receipt & they didn’t put enough in. We will not go back

This place truly deserves 5 stars! Especially with being a girl, going to any sort of car maintenance shop I always get charged an insane amount of money and get taken advantage of because I don’t know anything about cars. This is the only place I’ve been to in Northwest Arkansas that is completely honest with their prices! These guys are seriously the best! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you guys!

I asked them to check my transmission fluid they said they could not because it was underneath I said okay I would do it myself then I noticed on my paperwork they said they checked it along with numerous other things they said they checked which they did not because I was watching I won't be going back here

This place FAZT LUBE & SERVICE took
us by total surprise! We had been searching for a new oil change company
for our two older 4 Runners. We feel full synthetic high mileage oil is best for our vehicles but all the other places wanted 140 or more. For those of us living from pay check to pay check these days that's unaffordable! However we feel full synthetic is the way to go with high mileage vehicles. The service was fantastic, and we left not only with the oil change we wanted a filter and set of
new style wiper blades for around $100 less than the other places for same service. They were friendly, fast and love doing business with a local company that's not owned by a big corporation!!
So glad we found them !Great Job done!

Crossthreaded drain plug. When asked to fix it they did so by covering it in blue sealant. When asked to fix it properly they instead blamed the owner and claimed the owner must have taken the car elsewhere.
Avoid this business at all costs.
