Register was very mean, rude. Almost hit my friend, very rude. It was an old women (grey hair) , I forgot her name but get her fired. As well talked about us and made sure we knew.

Most everyone is nice, had a conflict with manager over a calling card. Was very embarrassing. Went to the other store in Springdale, this manager was awesome, she called her IT and instantly found out there was an issue on the stores end.Aside from the manager arguing with customers (me) the only other thing would be the amount of cigarettes right outside- hundreds of them. There’s trash too, but it’s sad to see that smoke breaks can be taken yet not one cigarette is picked up. It truly makes the neighborhood look worse.

Not happy at all.... Bought a HDMI cable that doesn't even work came back with a receipt and they told me once it's open all I can do is exchange it for the exact same garbage

Well-staffed. Received personal attention. Found everything I needed. Grateful that they carry clothing. I needed camisoles which they had. Got some bath towels. Cashier was very pleasant. They out-performed DG in every way.

Nice enough store and clean, however there are no restrooms for even young children. My 2 year old daughter, who is still learning to control her going, asked to potty and they said they had no public restrooms. So we tried to rush out leaving our stuff and she ended up going potty on herself in the store and was very upset about it.

I don't stop in much. But, for holiday decor or to grab a pair of gloves on my way out of town basically it's the last stop for me to get whatever I maybe needing on my mail rt, dog treats too!

I Go to this Dollar Store Kinda Often Since Its Really Close to my parents house.. so a couple weeks ago I stopped by to get some sodas! so they had a promotion sayin 3 for $5 all coke products so when i got to the register someone name Candy Told me it was just cokes not fantas so i ended it up just taking a coke. so when i was walking out the door she said “she hated when ppl don’t read right the promotions” so this was rude from her!!

Usually go by the Dollar General, but today I went to Family Dollar. What a pleasant surprise! Clean, well-stocked store and I was able to find Easter candies and other items I couldn't find in the picked-over aisles of Walmart at better prices! I will be back to this Family Dollar store. The lady at the register is very friendly too.
